Hello Snehal, Protein is the first thing that will help in increasing weight. Getting a toned body with an increase in weight should be helpful. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water which will help in flushing out all the toxins. Breakfast should have a glass bottle guard juice with an inch of ginger with one bowl of raw sprouts. After two hours one fruit, especially a seasonal fruit like banana, apple, mango, etc as they aid in weight gain. Lunch should have two buckwheat flour roti with any oil-free vegetable.
