I have anxiety disorder for 8 years. Also had guttate psoriasis but by quitting dairy my psoriasis completely gone. But health anxiety still worries me. I recently had my MHC done & everything was normal except my cholesterol level which says 201, I mean borderline. I am 31yr female with a wt. Of 47 kg. Is it possible for an underweight skinny person to have cholesterol. Is it because I am under a lot of stress and my stress hormones are the reason for my temporary cholesterol spike.

But to attain optimum health food is just one factor there are other factors too like sleep quality, energy levels, mood and physical movement.
