Namaste Sandhya, Thank you for sharing your query with us. Cholesterol happens due to wrong lifestyle and eating habits. You can normalize the cholesterol levels naturally by correcting your eating habits and lifestyle. Standalone wet packs won't help in reducing cholesterol levels you need to focus on other aspects too: Simple ways to reduce cholesterol naturally: 1. Regular drinking of coriander (dhania) water also helps in lowering blood cholesterol as it is a good diuretic and stimulates the kidney. 2. Meditation/ Pranayama/ breathing exercises will help in reducing stress and eventually lead to reduced cholesterol 3. Add salad before 15-20mins of lunch and dinner. Add lemon juice + pinch of black pepper.
