Hello Rajvinder, Feeling tired, sleeping, lack of energy may be due to the accumulation of toxins and lack of proper nutrition to the body. Deficiency of hemoglobin may also result in a feeling of weakness. A change in dietary habits and lifestyle will help you to lead a healthy life. Diet to follow- Start the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water in the morning. This will help to flush the toxins out of the body. Drink Vitamin C rich drinks like lemon juice or orange juice or amla juice as they are rich in antioxidants. Eat a bowl of sprouts in your breakfast. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices like beetroot juice, pomegranate juice, etc. Drink coconut water. Have fresh fruits and vegetables. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Yoga Yoga is very important for a healthy body and mind. Do 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily. Perform pranayam regularly, specially anulom-vilom and kapalbhati pranayam. Do p
