How to come out from Habit and Addiction of Tea / Coffee... Naturally?

Namaste Dolly Zarana Getting over the addiction to tea and coffee can be easy or tough depending on how determined you are. People who come to our center get over it in a couple of days. But yes they do face withdrawal symptoms for a day or two. These are some of the ways you could try to get over your habit. 1 Slowly bring down the number of times you consume tea or coffee daily .... until you come down to consuming it just once a day. And after that slowly bring down the potency and quantity too until you quit completely one day. What could be challenging here is if you face any stressful situation you might be tempted very badly to go back to the beverages. So you will have to find ways to divert your mind at that moment by having herbal teas or talking to a friend or go out and distract yourself. Now this is a long process. But remember to stick to a majorly raw fresh locally grown seasonal fruits and vegetables to assist with cleansing too at the same time.
My Friend have a habit of drinking less water in day time and at his free time in the evening , He drinks water more. But in mid night he need to awake 2 times for washroom. So his sleep disturbs a lot. How to switch and start having enough water in day time?

Hello, I suggest you to advise him to take early morning water on empty stomach, it will help him to activate his organs and provide proper detoxification as well as helps in cleansing digestive and intestinal tract. After consuming at least 2-3 glasses of water early morning he should continue the water intake as usual one glass of water half an hour before and after meals and reduce the quantity of water as the day passes. Try to consume less water in night after meals because it will interfere in assimilation and digestion of food in the night, if he follows 2-3 liter of water intake in the following manner he will not face any issues with sleep in the night.
