Hello Dineshji, Having a daily walk of 3 km in a brisk manner early morning is healing. Taking a brisk walk in the sun for 30-45 minutes daily is very useful as exposure to the sun is equivalent to good blood circulation. Practicing Suryanamaskar daily increases blood circulation and gives you a healthy body. Practice 12 sets at a time. With above following various things like eating a light diet with a good amount of fruits and vegetables is helpful for your state with this you can also follow other things like: Meditation: While massaging your hair what you can do is close your eyes, and visualize your skin becoming clear and shinier and free from any type of illness, making it healthy. You can take a deep breath, start healthy music in the background you can feel the blood circulation getting a boost. This will help in relaxation and ensuring healthy skin. Sleep: Having a sound 7-8 hours of sleep helps treat anybody's problem, a healthy sleep leads to a healthy mind
Is walking 3 km uphill in morning in 27 mnts daily a good exercise for a 65 yrs old male?

Hello Dilip, If your stamina allows you to do it effortlessly than definitely its a green signal to health. You can surely perform it daily. My advice would be to eat 2 walnuts, one banana and a glass of fresh bottle guard juice 20 minutes before you start this regime. As this will help you in accelerating your metabolism give you enough glycogen to perform the cardio exercise and also improve your lung vital capacity. Hopefully this suggestion help. Thank you.
