Can you share some remedies for Gall bladder stone (9mm)?

Hello Subha, Gall bladder stones result due to an increased cholesterol levels which is mainly due to a fat rich diet. Excessive stress, incorrect lifestyle, wrong eating habits, an improper sleeping patterns may also lead to increased cholesterol levels. Diet to follow- Start the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water. This will help to flush out the toxins out of the body. Eat only plant based natural foods in your diet. Have fresh, seasonal, and locally available fruits and vegetables. Include salads, sprouts, nuts, and beans in your diet. Have whole grains like barley, millets, oats, etc in place of refined grains. Cook oil-free. Have soaked dry fruits to get the easily absorbable nutrients. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to eliminate the toxins out of the body and to be hydrated. Foods to avoid- Avoid dairy products and animal foods. Avoid processed, packaged, oily, and spicy foods.
Hi, I have query regarding my health issues. I have stone in my gall bladder 18 mm but I don’t have any problem due to stone like pain, nausea etc. I had PCOS now it’s cured and don’t have any problem in periods. Now my concern is mostly in evening I feel empty under my sternum in between the ribs and feel heavy( no pain and other symptoms) if I have antacid or sugar it stops hurting me. Please suggest me what can I do?

Hello sukhpreet, Gall bladder stone usually results due to increased cholesterol levels in the bile or concentrated bile in the gall bladder which is due to an improper lifestyle, wrong eating habits, and wrong sleeping pattern. Diet Start the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water. This will help to flush the toxins out of the body. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices regularly. Eat light and plant based foods. Have salads, sprouts, nuts, and dry fruits. Drink coconut water daily. Have fresh, seasonal, and locally available fruits and vegetables. Eat blueberries, amla, banana, and pomegranate. Drink plenty of water during the day. Yoga and pranayam Do 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily. Perform padahasta asana, trikona asana, gomukha asana and parvat asana.
