Hello, my name is pankaj and I am 23 yr old, I gets pain in my eyes easily while I am doing study or watching TV, in a half hour of studying started feeling of stress in my eyes, I checked up of my eyes from doctor and reports came normal. I am preparing for competition exam, but I can't do my study for long time due to this problem, so please suggest me something for rid from this problem.

Hello Pankaj, Eye health depends on our diet, blood circulation, lifestyle habits, and also to some extent heredity. Diet Include Vitamin C in your diet as it is necessary for healthy eyes. So, have blueberries, amla, orange, lemon, etc. Have soaked raisins and other dry fruits, sprouts. This will help to get the easily absorbable essential nutrients. Have fresh fruits like banana, pomegranate, etc, and green leafy vegetables. Drink plenty of water during the day. Habits Avoid excessive use of electronic equipment like mobiles, laptops, tv, computers, etc. This will create stress to the eyes which may result in eye disorders. Drink plenty of water during the day. Exercise Perform 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily. This will help to improve the blood circulation in the whole body.
