Which fruit, vegetable, grain should be avoided in hypothyroidism. I'm 31 yr old female and have many health issues.

Hello Pihuu, Hypothyroidism is a lifestyle disorder and many people are suffering from this due to an improper lifestyle and wrong eating habits. In this, hormonal balance gets disturbed which lowers the metabolism and leads to other health issues like constipation, no hunger, fatigue, obesity, anaemia etc. Due to lower metabolism, nutrients are not absorbed properly which further leads to other health problems. Since it is a lifestyle disorder, lifestyle and eating habits are needed to be changed. Reasons for thyroid: Genetic factors. Environmental factors. Obesity. Lack of physical activity. Stress Wrong eating habits. Incorrect sleeping pattern. Diet: Eat only plant-based natural raw foods. Eat fresh fruits like banana, pomegranate, avocado. Eat fresh green leafy vegetables like spinach, coriander. Eat salads, steamed sprouts, nuts. Avoid dairy products and animal foods. Avoid tea and coffee.
