Get the Solution to Your Health Problem

Hi. I'm 37 years old and I have dilated cardiomyopathy. 4 years ago my heart almost went back to normal size. Recently, I'm experiencing bad headaches, and behind the ear pain, and like pressure from my left jaw. What could this be? Thank you so much in advance.

Hello Govindraju, It does not take much time to recover and our heart to function in harmony. The main thing now is to focus on your heart health in order to function smoothly lifelong. These operative procedures have got you back to structural changes but there are functional changes that need to be made in order to things work smoothly for you and avoid future relapses. With a healthy diet, exercise, and meditation you can surely achieve health soon. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Hello Naresh, First, let us understand what does plaque on lad heart means, it is a rise in cholesterol on your left anterior descending artery, this is the largest artery and gets affected the most. Your doctor didn't advise medication because of mildness in plaque but it is time that you do not ignore this first sign and start working on it. Cholesterol is a reaction to long term effects of a sedentary lifestyle and being exposed to food which is high in fats and complex in nature which our body is not able to digest. That is why it is time to eat the food which is light. Cholesterol has action over our blood circulation which has multiple negative effects on the body. So, by taking steps in all the ways like sleep, meditations, and diet, you can treat the same. It is time to make changes in the diet and adapt an overall naturalistic lifestyle. A holistic measure is the only way you can treat this thing completely. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your da

Hello Jacob, If the cough is persistent then there it becomes a signal of long term pressure we are putting on our body. Cold, cough, fever are all inflammatory reaction where our body is going under a defense mechanism. The reason why our body chooses this is because of our regular diet and low exercise which makes our lifestyle vulnerable to all the diseases. Hence, we continuously get vulnerable to these symptoms. With this, as you are also having a problem with your mitral valve regurgitation then a complete no-fat diet is what we need. Mitral valve regurgitation can highly affect our weak immunity system. But no need to worry about a healthy diet and exercise will be helpful. The main thing here is, it should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep and exercise which amalgamate for good health. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients tha
