Hello, Constipation is a common problem nowadays which results due to improper lifestyle and wrong eating habits. Chronic constipation leads to many health problems like hemorrhoids, Crohn's disease, etc. Pain, burning sensation, and bleeding that you are experiencing is due to piles. Hence, the root cause is constipation which can be cured by following a correct lifestyle and correct eating habits. Diet to follow- Drink 3 to 4 glasses of warm water on an empty stomach in the morning. This will help to flush the toxins out of the body. Have Vitamin C rich foods like blueberries, orange, etc. Eat soaked raisins on an empty stomach in the morning. Have sprouts, nuts, beans, and salads.
