Hello Nagaranjan, Any problem of the skin is the reflection of internal abnormalities like improper absorption of food or disturbed metabolism. Weight gain results from the excess fat intake or improper metabolism of the body. Diet to follow- Drink 2 glasses of warm water with few drops of lemon in it in the morning as this will boost the metabolic activity of the body. Have light meals so that the body can digest it easily. Have fresh juices of vegetables and fruits like bottle guard juice, orange juice. Cook oil free or use coconut oil. Eat whole grains like barley, millets,oats. Drink coconut water. Have garlic with peanut butter. Drink sufficient water during the day to eliminate the toxins out of your body. Foods to avoid- Avoid refined oils. Avoid refined grains. Say no to tea and coffee. Avoid carbonated drinks. Avoid refined sugar. Say no to processed foods and packaged foods. Avoid spicy, oily and deep frie
