Hello, Dizziness may result due to improper nutrition of the body, excessive stress, deficiency of haemoglobin, incorrect sleeping pattern. Taking a proper nutritious diet and regular exercise will help to deal with this problem. Diet Have soaked dry fruits and sprouts in your diet. This will provide the body with easily absorbable nutrients. Have iron-rich and folic acid-rich foods like bananas, pomegranate, papaya, etc. Have fresh, seasonal and locally available green leafy vegetables. Avoid tea and coffee as they interfere with the absorption of the iron. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to be hydrated.
