The most common type of backache is due to a postural defect, the other reasons can be due to bad eating habits, less exercise, and a sedentary lifestyle. 

We need a good amount of nutrition to deal with this new situation. So the best thing to start with is having a protein-rich and mineral-filled diet in order to take care of our body. With exercise and diet, you will be able to take care of yourself properly and effectively.

Eat:

The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include the consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins.

The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake for at least one month and refrain from something which is oil-based. Have fruit salad in the afternoon time and vegetable salad as an evening snack this will be light on your stomach.

  • Consume one tablespoon of gound in the morning with a glass of warm water which will help in relieving pain. 
  • Walnuts, almonds are rich in energy which will help your body through this low energy.

​​Exercise:

  • Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Practicing it early morning in an area that has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation.
  • Suryanamaskar, daily 12 sets will help in increasing the blood circulation of your body.
  • Cobra pose, Downward facing dog, upward facing dog are all essential types of poses in practice which you should do to relieve back pain from.

Meditation:

In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it. But with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleeping with the help of music to stay positive. In a room take a bowl of water and add two-three drops of orange or lavender essential oil. This will help in soothing you and the aroma will relax you and keep you away from any kind of disease.

Use a 15-minute relaxation technique before sleep by hearing a piece of soothing music and deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind.

A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life.

Communicating with like-minded people is helpful, the ones who are new mothers like you. Talk to a friend who is reliable and dependable and who you can reciprocate your feeling with. You will feel relatable and energetic.

Sleep:

Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem. Sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. During sleep, our body goes into a repair mechanism where it heals itself.

Any pain in the body indicates that there is an accumulation of toxins which usually results due to improper lifestyle and regular consumption of fatty, spicy, processed and packaged foods. It is important for a healthy body and mind that we follow always follow the correct lifestyle and eat right. For getting relief from pain, here are some tips to follow a good lifestyle and eating habits along with some yoga.

Foods to eat- 

  • Start the day with a glass of warm water with lemon juice in it. This will help to boost your metabolism as well as to eliminate the toxins out of the body. 
  • Eat only plant-based natural foods. 
  • Eat fresh, seasonal, and locally available fruits and vegetables. 
  • Include salads, sprouts, nuts, and beans in your diet. 
  • Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices with fibers. 
  • Drink plenty of water throughout the day to be hydrated. 

Foods to avoid- 

  • Avoid dairy products and animal foods. 
  • Avoid processed, packaged, oily, and spicy foods. 
  • Avoid carbonated drinks. 
  • Avoid tea, coffee, and other caffeinated drinks. 

Physical activity 

Exercising is very essential for proper digestive functions. 

  • Do walking or jogging in the morning. 
  • Perform 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily. 
  • Do skipping for 5 minutes. 
  • Perform pranayam regularly, specially anulom-vilom and kapalbhati pranayam. 

Sleep

Sleeping is important to reduce stress which may also become the cause for health issues like acidity, etc.

Take proper sleep of at least 8 to 10 hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning.
