Hello Bhawan,
Urine Infection to muscle weakness these things can cause urinary incontinence. When taken care of in a natural manner can be treated very well than supporting them through any other way. A lifestyle change in addition to the change in any kind of diet is very helpful.
Urinary tract problemsgenerally happen due to the fact, that our body gets exposed to the toxicity of the environment our body becomes vulnerable to it. Our immunity decreases making our body weaker. As we flush out the toxins by going through the natural process our body can easily take care of itself with the help of natural stimulations.
Here are a few things which you can try in your regular routine:
Eat:
A diet which is rich in Vitamin C is found to be very helpful in this case, Vitamin C takes care of our immunity very well in order to get us treated from the infections. So start with consumption of, oranges, mosumbi, lemon, strawberries, sprouts, sweet potatoes. Starting your day with a two-three glass of warm water helps a lot in flushing out all the toxins, this should be your daily practice.
You can try, by soaking one tablespoon chia seeds in one glass of water for three hours, use the same glass and add one tablespoon lemon juice. Drink this water twice a day. This will help in treating the incontinence.
Exercise:
Exercise helps a lot in detoxing if you take care of yourself and exercise daily then our body can easily help in flushing out all the toxins.
- Going for a brisk walk in early morning sun helps in rejuvenating the cells, and making you feel more fresh and away from infections. Kegel exercise is another thing that you can start with.
- Contract your pelvic floor muscle, hold it for 10 counts, and relax. Again do it. This exercise can be done at any time of the day, ideally, the bladder should be empty. Kegel exercise is very helpful in urinary bladder issue.
Meditation:
Meditation helps in releasing all the stress the ideal way to meditate is, take a bowl of water pour two-three drops of essential oil it, ideally, lavender or orange then inhale it.
Take deep breaths and calm the music, doing this all the stress will release, leaving you with a healthy body.
Sleep:
A sound sleep of 7-8 hours helps in making our cells healthier and calmer, sleep always makes immunity stronger and rejuvenate our cells.
Hopefully, these suggestions will help you.
Thank you
