With the following advice, we are sure you will be able to treat everything in a holistic way. This will help you in getting good digestion.
Eat:
Start the day with two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out the toxins and improve the state of metabolism by increasing it. The next thing is the inclusion of vegetable juice in your breakfast as this will help in giving the right amount of energy for the day.
Keep at least two hours gap between your food and your sleep timing at night. You can also choose to have vegetable juice in your breakfast, it is an easier way to absorb all the nutrients.
- Tomatoes with black pepper an hour before a meal will help in treating any digestion issue. As tomato helps in balancing the acid-alkaline base of the stomach.

कॉन्स्टिपेशन के लिए गर्म पानी से अच्छा सलूशन है कि कुछ लेक्स्टिव इन सब्जियों को अपने खाने में ऐड करें। भिंडी को अपने कच्ची सलाद में ऐड करें। भिंडी का पानी रात को एक गिलास पानी में डुबोकर सुबह उसको पिए और भिंडी का सब्जी बिल्कुल बिना ऑयल का और बहुत ही कम नमक डालकर बनाए और नारियल के साथ में नारियल के दूध के साथ में बनाकर उसको खाएं यह सारा लैक्सेटिव जो है। पेट को साफ करने के लिए आपका मददगार होगा। किडनी डायलिसिस पेशेंट को खाने में नमक का मात्रा बहुत कम लेना चाहिए। आप एक बार फल खाए एक बार सलाद खाएं और एक बार पक्की हुई सब्जी का सूप बनाकर पीए उसके साथ आप बहुत ही कम मात्रा में राइस या रोटी ले सकते हैं।
यह लंबे समय तक खराब हाजमा होनेे के कारण होता है।

समाधान - 1. चार भिंडी को लंबा काटकर एक गिलास पानी में डाल दें और सुबह खाली पेट नेचुरल मोशन होने से पहले उसको पी लें। पीते वक्त इस बात का ध्यान रखें कि पानी को मुंह में रख रख केपीए।2. सूर्य की रोशनी में 20 मिनट का स्नान सूर्य की रोशनी से करें 5 मिनट सामने 5 मिनट पीछे 5 मिनट दाएं 5 मिनट बाएं भाग में धूप लगाएं। धूप लेट कर लेना चाहिए धूप की रोशनी लेते वक्त सर और आपको किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक ले। सूर्य नारी मंद होने पर इन्फेक्शन अधिक होता है अतः आप जब भी सोए अपना दायां भाग ऊपर करके सोए।
3. प्रतिदिन अपने पेट पर खाने से 1 घंटे पहले या खाना खाने के 2 घंटे बाद गीले मोटे तौलिए को लपेटे एक तौलिया गिला करके उसको निचोड़ लें और हूं उस तौलिए को 20 मिनट तक अपने पेट पर लपेटकर रखें ऐसा करने से आपका पाचन तंत्र दुरुस्त होगा।
4. हर 3 घंटे में लंबा गहरा श्वास अंदर लें उसको थोड़ी देर रोकें और फिर सांस को खाली करें। खाली करने के बाद फिर से रुके और फिर लंबा गहरा सांस ले। यह एक चक्र है ऐसा दिन में 10 चक्र करें केवल एक शर्त का पालन करें जब आप लंबा गहरा सांस ले रहे हैं तो अपनी रीढ़ की हड्डी को सीधा रखें ऐसा करने से आपके शरीर में ऑक्सीजन की मात्रा का बढ़ेगी और ऑक्सीजन का संचार सुचारू रूप से हो पाएगा।
5.सुबह खीरा 1/2 भाग धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आ कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।
फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें।
दोपहर के खाने में सलाद नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurd) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ।
लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ।
रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लेएक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।
6. एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं।
हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।
7. उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।

To answer this question, preferably, there should be no time for hot water injection full stop it is because the property of hot water is to expand the tissues. It doesn't offer a lasting solution for constipation.
According to Nature Cure, the effective cure for constipation is to have food that has three essential elements, life, water, and fiber. In nature cure diet, we get all these components intact. This diet primary constitutes of salad.
Other than this, there is also the recommendation of tona kit (only under supervision). As a substitute, one may have the enema kit and fill it up with less water and try to insert the smaller nozzle. This kit too is an external aid, and it should not be taken as we substitute.
The best cure
The best approach is to focus on the fivefold food medicine which starts with ether, air, sunlight, water and earth element.
Ether
Ether element is essential in dealing with critical cases like pain, extreme discomfort etc. For consumption of ether, when there is indigestion or inflammation, or there is constipation, it is good to fast with a very little amount of sipping of water. Fasting is the best source of consuming ether.
Air
For consumption of air element, practising of pranayama with alternate nostril breathing in the f fashion of, inhale, hold, exhale, hold, at your comfortable place for full stop practice set for 5 rounds one cycle and three such cycles in one set. Practising three sets during the day will take care of the ideal air element consumption in the body.
Sunlight
It is followed by exposure to the sun element. During the day, preferably during sunrise, if we expose our body on all fronts, i.e., front, back and, sideways for 20 minutes, that gives the body essential elements to create the vitamin D with the help of sunlight. Exposure to sunlight is also beneficial in so many ways. We have to ensure that we don't burn or attract the heat from the sun. The other caution should be to cover the head with the clothes while exposing the body to the sunlight.
Water
By taking the enema or having the vegetable juice as the first thing in the morning, we are introducing the ideal consumption of water elements.
Earth
For the earth element, all the food that we receive directly from plans that are starting with salad and vegetables followed by fruits and grains are the source of earth element.
Out of these, raw food is considered to be the best food. Even in raw food, salad and vegetables should be placed in the top order in terms of potency. These are the prime food followed by the fruit, which also has fiber, water, and life. Fruits are also essential for the body but these are acidic in nature. So, it should be consumed in less quantity than salad and raw vegetables (ladyfinger, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, etc.
These are followed by the grain, which forms the cooked food part. It should be the third meal of the day and should be very healthily cooked. It should not be overcooked, and it should not use more of spice or salt.
If we change our routine according to it, then we will be able to deal with constipation effectively. And the use of hot water for removal of filth, i.e., faeces from the body.
