My husband 35 yrs, wt 90 kg, has ulcer in stomach, also having piles problem. He is a field worker, he will not eat outside food, once he comes to home only he will take dinner. Chronic constipation results in several dieseases like piles, ulcers in stomach, crohn's disease. So, it is important to cue the root cause for your problems that is constipation.
Always skipping lunch is not good for the health and acidity is associated with it. By following a proper lifestyle and wrong eating habits, the problem can be cured.
Diet
- Drink 3 to.4 glasses of warm water early in the morning on an empty stomach. This will eliminate the toxins out of the body.
- Have soaked raisins in the morning on an empty stomach. This will help in the movement of stool.
- Include Vitamin C in your diet as it has antioxidant properties. Have lemon juice or orange juice or amla juice.
- Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices with fibers. Fibers will add bulk to the stool and will aid its movement in the gut.
- Drink plenty of water during the day.
Foods to avoid-
Some foods need to be avoided as they are not good for the digestive system and may result in digestive problems.
- Avoid dairy products and animal products.
- Avoid tea, coffee, and other caffeinated drinks.
- Avoid carbonated drinks.
- Avoid refined oils and refined grains.
- Avoid processed, packaged, preserved, oily and spicy foods.
Yoga
Yoga is very effective for improving the digestive function and for improved blood circulation.
- Do 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily.
- Perform pranayam regularly, specially anulom-vilom and bhastrika pranayam.
- Take sunrays early in the morning.
- Do padahasta asana, gomukha asana, paschimottan asana.
Sleep
Sleep also affects our digestion. A good quality sleep maintains the circadian rhythm. Hence, it is important to take enough sleep. So, take proper sleep of at least 7-8 hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning.

Regular Consumption of fatty diet and highly spiced food leads to indigestion which causes gastritis and related problems. Toxins are the primary cause of gastric trouble. Our sedentary lifestyle also plays a role in this picture. What needs to be taken care of now is the fact that a major change in lifestyle and diet will be the cure of the problem.

Eat:
Starting your day with something light in nature and easy to digest is what your breakfast should be. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins.
- Including a fiber-rich food item that helps in adding bulk to the stools, for example having apples, bananas, nuts, etc. which have a good amount of fiber in them.
- One tomato with black pepper in the evening time an hour before dinner.

- Fennels seeds after food aids clearing bowels easily.

कारण - बवासीर के कारण एनस व इसके आसपास रक्त वाहिकाओं पर अतिरिक्त दबाव होता है। कई बार अगर किसी व्यक्ति में लम्बे समय तक कब्ज होती है और मल त्याग के दौरान व्यक्ति को अतिरिक्त दबाव देना पड़ता है। ऐसे में मलाशय और एनल कैनल के भीतर रक्तवाहिकाओं पर दबाव बढ़ जाता है और उन्हें सूजन व दर्द होता है।
अल्सर को हम गैस्ट्रिक अल्सर (gastric ulcers) के नाम से भी जानते हैं। ये एक तरह से हमारे पेट के भीतरी परत में संक्रमित घाव होते हैं। पेट में आंत के बाहरी हिस्से में भी ये अल्सर संक्रमित हो सकते हैं। इसका मूल कारण खराब आजमा होने के कारण शरीर में खाया गया पदार्थ हजम नहीं होता है। इसके दौरान दर्द होना और मल के साथ में खून भी आता है। उत्तम स्वास्थ्य हेतु प्राकृतिक जीवन शैली को किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में अपनाएं।
समाधान- 1. मूली के पत्तों का रस पाइल्स में काफी उपयोगी होता है 20 से 25 ग्राम मूली के पत्ते को पीसकर 200 ml पानी मिलाएं और इसे खाली पेट पियें। यह बहुत जल्दी राहत देगा।
सलाद में मूली गाजर चुकंदर ताजा नारियल का उपयोग करें नमक का उपयोग सलाद में ना करें तो यह औषधीय गुणों से भरपूर हो जाता है। साथ ही तली हुई चीजों से परहेज करें ध्यान रखें पेट आपका हमेशा साफ रहना चाहिए।
2. एक टब में नाभि तक पानी भर कर उस टब में बैठे 20 मिनट तक उसमें बैठकर संकुचन क्रिया करें।
3. एक तौलिया गीला कर के निचोड़ लें और उसको पेट पर लपेट कर रखे। यह क्रिया भी 20 मिनट तक करें यह धूप में लेटे हुए किया जा सकता है 20 मिनट तक सूर्य की रोशनी को अपने शरीर में लगने दे यह काफी लाभकारी है।
-4. मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।
मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।
अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए।
स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है।
कपूर मिश्रित नारियल तेल से पेट पर घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।
5.पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरा 1/2 भाग धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।
फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें।
दोपहर के खाने में सलाद नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurd) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ।
लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ।
रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लेएक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।
6.सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।
तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।
7.एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं।
हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।
