Hello User,

Any exercise which you do especially to breathing should be taken at a slow pace, you make sure you are in complete sync with your self and feel the breathing moving with the stability of your mind and staying present in the moment.

Hence, keep the place slow and be in the moment to get all the benefits.

Thank you.

Take care.

Namaste - You need to start with observing natural breath and no need to control breathing patterns. Then slow gentle practice (without controlling inflow or outflow) will give better results.

Thanks and best wishes.

You need to do normal breathing here and also note do not completely close your other nostril try to hold one nostril from the bone of your nose on the side
Start normal breathing then start with long breaths upto 4or5 and gradually increase pace do not focus on slow and fast here.
