Should we include chickpeas, when on raw plant diet? What are the benefits of it? Eating in soaked form, or boiled, which is better?

Hello Rashi,

The nutrients are reaped to its best when they are soaked and sprouted and most importantly uncooked. Choosing chickpea in the diet is a very healthy choice. Make this raw salad with veggies in its uncooked form a part of your breakfast where nutrition absorbed will be more.
