I'm in my 40 s and I'm single. I have 2 large fibroids ranging around 10 cm. My periods are regular. I have thyroid too. I wanted to know is there any natural cure or treatment or medications to dissolve these fibroids without Embolization surgery or uterus removal?? What is the diet plan I can use to shrink or dissolve these fibroids? What will happen if i do not remove these fibroids?

Hello User,

Any disease of our reproductive system is directly getting affected by the overall things happening in our bodies. You call it fibroid they all come from the same group which is our blood and oxygen not reaching our parts properly and this resulting in the stagnation of our body which results in the bulky uterus which is due to inflammation.

It is time to treat oneself in nature's way. Many people are now choosing this mode of treatment for the simple reason this is the time to have a long term solution to all these recurrent problems. In any case, the cure remains the same, which is a holistic cure in nature's way.

With taking initiative for treating overall health you will surely reach a cure.

Eat:

Start the day with having two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out all the toxins from the body. Include vegetable juices in the breakfast which are light in nature.

Consume food that is oil-free, avoid any kind of milk products, and packaged food items. Make sure you have two hours gap between your meals and sleep timing

  • Start with food items like jaggery, dates, sprouts, green leafy vegetables which help in increasing iron content which will make the blood supply to the uterus healthy.
  • Vitamin C addition helps in easy-iron absorption, for example adding lemon in dals.
  • Include fruits like apples, papaya, bananas in the day to have a healthy GUT.
  • Boil one inch of ginger in warm water and add honey with a half teaspoon of turmeric, this ginger turmeric tea should be consumed once a day, two hours after lunch, for controlling inflammation.

Exercise:

  • Sleep on back, raise one leg and start rotating in a circular motion for 5 times and place it back, repeat the same with another leg. This will elevate your uterine muscles.
  • Squats are another exercise to improve uterine health. Do it 15-20 times at one time.
  • Sit and take 10-15 long deep breaths from the abdomen, to release all the toxicity.
  • Start with Suryanamaskar, 12 sets daily, and if your mother is a beginner start with 6 and slow postures with each breath.
  • Take her for a brisk walk in the sun, the sun will help in increasing both blood and oxygen supply of the body.

Meditation:

While sleeping, take a bowl of water. Put two-three essential oil drops like lavender or orange and inhale it. It will help in calming nerves. Listen to music for 15 minutes by closing your eyes and deep breathing, this will help in treating stress.

15 minutes relaxation session is important before sleep. The power of visualization is very important, imagine your body uterus to be healthy and getting free from all types of toxicity. This will help you a lot. Pelvic massages are also very healthy in this case, massage with almond or coconut oil.

Sleep:

A sound sleep should be of 7-8 hours. This will help in releasing all stress and treat all the issues in a healthy manner. It is time to get yourself healthy and wise. A sound sleep of 7-8 hours is considered to be healthy and helps us a lot in treating all kinds of problems.

The thyroid is a metabolism disorder that mainly occurs due to an incorrect lifestyle. 
The thyroid gland secretes hormones that maintain our heart, kidney, brain, muscles, etc. An overactive thyroid gland leads to hyperthyroidism whereas an underactive thyroid gland may lead to hypothyroidism. Thyroid disorders lead to hormonal imbalance and metabolic changes which results in other health problems like fibroids, osteoarthritis, etc.
But it is possible to cure it naturally by making some changes in the diet and lifestyle. 

Diet

  • Take Vitamin C in your diet like have blueberries, oranges, amla lemons, etc. It has antioxidant properties and will help to detoxify the body. 
  • Have a light breakfast like have a bowl of sprouts in your breakfast. Along with sprouts, have freshly prepared homemade fruit juices. 
  • Eat soaked raisins and other dry fruits as they will provide you with easily absorbable nutrients. 
  • Have dates, nuts, salads, and beans in your diet. 
  • Drink coconut water regularly. 

Exercise 

Exercising regularly is very essential just like our diet. It helps to improve the blood circulation, our metabolism and also helps to flush out the toxins from the body.

  • Take a brisk morning walk of at least 30min regularly. 
  • Do plank for 5min daily. 
  • Perform deep breathing exercises for 20 minutes. 
  • Perform paschimottan asana, padahasta asana, trikona asana and gomukha asana regularly. 
  • Take sunrays early in the morning. 

Sleep

Sleep quality and quantity both are important for good health. So, take proper quality sleep for 8 to 10 hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning. Avoid using any electronic equipments at least 1hour before sleeping for a good quality sleep.

हेलो,
कारण - थायराइड एक प्रकार की एंडोक्राइन ग्रंथि (नलिकाहीन ग्रन्थियां) है, जो हार्मोन बनाती है। इस में विकार उत्पन्न होने से ऐसा होता है। हाजमा खराब होने के कारण थायराइड ग्रंथि में विकार उत्पन्न होता है।  गर्भाशय में रसौली अर्थात् गर्भाशय फाइब्रॉइड की समस्या हार्मोन के स्त्राव में आए उतार-चढ़ाव की वजह से भी हो सकता है। उत्तम स्वास्थ्य हेतु प्राकृतिक जीवन शैली को किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में अपनाएं।

समाधान - 1. मेरुदंड स्नान काफी लाभकारी होता है यह हमारे स्नायु तंत्र को स्वस्थ रखता है । एक मोटा तोलिया लेकर उसको भिगो दें बिना निचोड़े योगा मैट पर बिछाए और उसके ऊपर कमर से लेकर के कंधे तक का हिस्सा रखें। उस गीले तौलिए पर रहे 20 मिनट के बाद इसको हटा दें। पाचन क्रिया के विकारों से मुक्ति मिलेगी।

2. प्राणायाम करना है। योग निद्रा 20 मिनट के लिए करें। दौड़ लगाएं। हार्मोन  संतुलित होगा।  लंबा गहरा श्वास अंदर लें, रुको थोड़ी देर सांस को पूरी तरीके से खाली करें और फिर रुके थोड़ी देर ऐसा करने से आपके शरीर में ऑक्सीजन का सरकुलेशन ठीक हो जाएगा।

3. सूरर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4 - स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। नारियल के तेल गर्ल ग्रंथि पर घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise) में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।

5. सुबह खीरा 1/2 भाग, धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ash guard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक  पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100 ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें।

दोपहर के खाने में सलाद नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ  सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल (yellow pumpkin) 50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ash guard) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लेएक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।

6.एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

7. उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200 ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।
