I start sneezing any time without any reason and my nose starts running with little irritation in my nose with watery eyes and headache. I have seen lot of doctors and they say it is an allergy. The condition that you might be suffering from can be easily referred to as Allergic Rhinitis. Allergy in general is a hyper reaction of the body to an allergen causing the person trouble. Symptoms may include and aren’t limited to runny nose, sneezing, headache, etc.

1. Dietary Advice:
- Green teas are a savior in allergic conditions. Ginger lemon tea will help you a lot to relieve the symptoms of allergy.
- Eating a lot of citrus fruits like oranges, lemons, grapefruits, pomelo, etc will help you to treat your allergies better as they have been known to have vitamin C which directly helps in the treatment of allergies.
- A plant and fruit-based diet will help you flush out and reduce the toxins in your body which in turn will reduce your symptoms.
- Ginger has been known as a Natural decongestant for ages. Eating or adding ginger in your diet will help you a lot in your condition.
2. Physical advice:
- Walking daily in sun for 30-40 minutes will increase vitamin d in your body. Vitamin D has been known to as well as proven to help in allergy.
- Mild to moderate exercise is very important as exercise increases the immunity and is helpful for you.
- Yoga especially Surya Namaskar will jump-start your day with a more positive and active outlook.
- Breathing exercises especially Anulom-Vilom and Kapaal Bharati have been known and proven to help with allergies or the upper respiratory tract.
3. Mental advice:
- Stress has been known to create an exaggerated immune response so healthy stress-free living is one of the most important factors here.
- Meditate for 15-20 minutes daily and increase the timing daily. It will help you calm down and ponder upon things in life.
4. Routine advice:
- Sleep for 8 hours daily and make sure the quality of sleep is good.
- Cut down on dairy as well as caffeine as they have been known to exacerbate the allergies.

कारण -शरीर में एलर्जी , सिर में दर्द, आंखों से पानी बहना, नाक से पानी बहना, ऑक्सीजन की कमी और रक्त संचार की कमी के कारण होता है। पाचन तंत्र स्वास्थ्य ना रहने पर हमारे शरीर में अम्ल की अधिकता हो जाती है और अम्ल की अधिकता से ऑक्सीजन और रक्त के संचार में कमी आती है। शरीर में अम्ल की अधिकता होने पर शरीर के अंदर ऑक्सीजन की कमी हो जाती है ठीक उसी प्रकार जैसे कि हवा में पॉल्यूशन से वातावरण दूषित होता है उसी तरीके से शरीर के अंदर अम्ल की अधिकता से शरीर के अंदर मौजूद ऑक्सीजन प्रभावित होता है। प्राकृतिक जीवन शैली को अपनाकर हम पूर्ण स्वास्थ्य पा सकते हैं।
समाधान- 1. किसी भी संक्रमण के स्तिथि में दौड़ लगाएं। लंबा गहरा सांस अंदर ले रुके थोड़ी देर 10 गिनने तक फिर सांस को खाली करें खाली करने के बाद 10 गिनने तक रुके फिर लंबा गहरा सांस अंदर खींचें यह प्रक्रिया एक चक्र हुआ ऐसा 10 चक्र करें एक बार में और ऐसा दिन में तीन से चार बार करें बस इस बात का ध्यान रखें कि जब आप यह प्रक्रिया कर रहे हो तो आपकी रीढ़ की हड्डी सीधी होनी चाहिए। ऑक्सीजन का सरकुलेशन ठीक हो जाएगा।
2.सूर्य की रोशनी जहां है वहां अंधेरा नहीं है उसी तरीके से जहां स्वास्थ्य है वहां रोग नहीं रह सकता सूर्य की रोशनी का हमारे आंतरिक शरीर पर बहुत ही गहरा प्रभाव पड़ता है।
सूर्य की रोशनी में 5 मिनट सीधा, 5 मिनट उल्टा, 5 मिनट या, 5 मिनट बाया लेटे सर और आपको किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर यह 20 से 25 मिनट सूर्य की रोशनी लेने से शरीर अंदर से रोग मुक्त होगा। शरीर की आंतरिक शुद्धि हो पाएगी।
3. पेट पर एक गीला तोलिया निचोड़ कर बांधे 20 मिनट बाद उसको हटाए ऐसा करने से पाचन तंत्र की स्वास्थ्य में सुधार की शुद्धि आएगी। शरीर में अम्ल का प्रभाव कम होगा।
4. मेरुदंड स्नान काफी लाभकारी होता है यह हमारे स्नायु तंत्र को स्वस्थ रखता है । एक मोटा तोलिया लेकर उसको भिगो दें बिना निचोड़े योगा मैट पर बिछाए और उसके ऊपर कमर से लेकर के कंधे तक का हिस्सा रखें। उस गीले तौलिए पर रहे 20 मिनट के बाद इसको हटा दें। ऐसा करने से आप का मेरुदंड में ब्लड और ऑक्सीजन का सरकुलेशन ठीक हो जाएगा।
5.पृथ्वी -बेलपत्र और दूब घास का जूस सुबह खाली पेट ले 4 से 5 बेलपत्र को पीसकर 200ml पानी मिलाकर छान लें और इसको मुंह में 40 गिनने तक रख कर पिए। इसके अलावा खीरा 1/2 भाग, धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashgourd ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल, सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें।
दोपहर के खाने में सलाद नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल (yellow pumpkin) 50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ash guard) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ।
रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लेएक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें। स्वस्थ शरीर को पाने के लिए रस फाइबर और जीवन युक्त खाना आवश्यक है।
6.एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं।हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।
7.उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200 ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।

What to follow-
- Drink Vitamin C rich drinks as they have antioxidant properties. Drink lemon juice or orange juice or amla juice.
- Eat only plant-based natural foods.
- Eat sprouts, salads, nuts, and beans.
- Have whole grains like barley, millets, oats, etc instead of refined grains.
- Use cold-pressed oil for cooking instead of refined oils.
- Avoid processed and packaged foods.
- Avoid chocolates and caffeinated drinks.
- Drink plenty of water throughout the day to eliminate the toxins out of the body.
Exercise
- Practicing any exercise regularly will help to improve blood circulation and also helps in uplifting the immunity.
- Do suryanamaskar regularly.
- Practice tada asana, padahasta asana, trikona asana.
- Do pranayam regularly, specially anulom-vilom and bhastrika pranayam.
- Take sunrays early in the morning daily.
Sleep
Sleeping is important for immunity as our body produces and secretes proteins while we sleep which helps to fight against various infections. So, take proper sleep of at least 7-8 hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning.

The reason we suffer from constant allergic reactions due to our chronic high-fat diet which is getting influenced by the external environment. Why don't you take a step towards holistic measure which will not only deal with throat problems but also control further relapses?
This is the reason it causes immunity to gets weaken and we suffer from immunity issues which are the reason behind these allergic reactions.
Here are a few tips which will help you.
Eat:
The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake and refrain from something which is oil-based. Have fruit salad in the afternoon time and vegetable salad as evening snack this will be light on your stomach.
- A diet rich in Vitamin C will help in dealing with skin problems. Sources like lemons, oranges, mosumbi will help in dealing with immunity issues.
- Talk one inch of ginger boiled in two cups of water and add 5-6 basil leaves, drink during evening time, this will relax your inflammation and episode of sneezing.
- Avoid dairy products as it is difficult to digest and causes adverse effects on the allergic reaction.
Exercise:
- Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body, practising it early morning in an area which has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation.
- Suryanamaskar, daily 12 sets will help in increasing the blood circulation of your body.
- A brisk walk in the early morning sun for 30-45 minutes helps in treating your body to its level best. Sun is a great source of Vitamin D that is why walking in the sun and connecting with the sun also help in activating our cells and rejuvenates us for the whole day.
Meditation:
In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it, but with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleep with the help of music to stay positive. Use a 15-minute relaxation technique before sleep, by hearing a piece of soothing music and deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind.

Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem. Sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. During sleep, our body goes into a repair mechanism where it heals itself.
