Hello User,

The reason we suffer from acne is due to our chronic high-fat diet which is getting influenced by the external environment. Instead of just local application why don't you take a step towards holistic measure which will not only deal with acne but also control further relapses?

Here are a few tips which will help you.

Eat:

The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake and refrain from something which is oil-based. Have fruit salad in the afternoon time and vegetable salad as an evening snack this will be light on your stomach.

A diet rich in Vitamin C will help in dealing with skin problems by reducing all the acne. Sources like lemons, oranges, mosumbi will help in dealing with acne.

Face packs which you can use to improve your acne-prone skin:

1. Massage the acne-prone area with one tablespoon aloe vera gel and one tablespoon coconut oil.

2. One tablespoon of flaxseeds blend with half beetroot will make sure to reduce acne scars.

3. Wash your face in the morning with neem powder and one teaspoon of turmeric. Massage this paste on the face for 5 minutes and wash, this mixture is best for an antibacterial reaction.

Exercise:

  • Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body, practicing it early morning in an area which has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation.
  • Suryanamaskar, daily 12 sets will help in increasing the blood circulation of your body.
  • A brisk walk in the early morning sun from 30-45 minutes, helps in treating your body to its level best. Sun is a great source of Vitamin D that is why walking in the Sun and connecting with the sun also help in activating our cells and rejuvenates us for the whole day.

Meditation:

In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it, but with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleep with the help of music to stay positive. Use a 15-minute relaxation technique before sleep, by hearing a piece of soothing music and deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind.

A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life.

Sleep:

Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem. Sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. During sleep, our body goes into a repair mechanism where it heals itself.

Hopefully, these suggestions will help you

Thank you.

Hello User,

Pimples are one of the commonest problems that teenagers and many women have and it is one of the most bothering problems if not painful. Pimples are usually caused due to the toxins and impurities caused because of the irregular diet, distorted and non-nutritious food and food high in sodium, fats and other unhealthy elements. If the pimples are just related to menstrual cycle then they tend to disappear with the cycle but even then a proper diet can help you take care of it.

1. Dietary & general advice:

  • Avoid high fat, high in grease, high salt and high sugar foods. They tend to mess with all the bodily functions including but not limited to the skin. They are also one of the main causes of pimples.
  • Try a vegan diet, or a fruit-based diet to reduce and eliminate all the toxins from the body. Fruit-based diet is more advisable and stop the meat consumption if cannot stop then reduce it to a bare minimum.
  • Apply honey with a Q tip on the affected area for a soothing effect.
  • Apply lemon juice to the affected areas with a Q tip and rinse it off in an hour or two. It will lighten the marks left by the pimples.
  • Apply the juice of garlic on the dark spots left by the pimple with a Q tip and Rinse it off in 30 minutes.
  •  Wash your face twice to thrice daily and then dab it with rose water for cleaner and happier skin.
  • Neem fack pack or a paste of neem will kill all the bacterial colonies that are present locally and give you a happier and smiling skin.

2. Physical advice:

  • Exercise daily for at least 45 minutes to an hour including yoga.
  • Walking in Sun is beneficial to you as the morning sun will kill all the unwanted bacteria with the UV rays
  • Drink plenty of water. Water has been known to be natural cleanser of the body. Water plays a vital role in the cleansing of the skin and flushing out other toxins from the body.

3. Mental advice:

  • Stress has been proven to be a very effective stimulant for the pimples and other skin conditions. More the stress, more the pimples and vice versa.
  • Meditate daily for 15 minutes to 30 minutes. This will help you to calm yourself and get rid of all the unnecessary thoughts and worries.

4. Routine and lifestyle advice:

  • Use home made  face packs of neem and tulsi.
  • drink tulsi/ basil juice or eat basil leaves.

I hope I have covered all the points. Do let me know in the comments or message me if you have any doubts.

Thank you!

Namaskar,

Acne, pimples, dark spots are common skin problem faced by boys and girls, especially during the teenage years. Let us look at it from Nature Cure point of view - our body is designed to stay in a state of health and diseases/symptoms/discomfort are often an attempt to restore any imbalance inside the body. The imbalance is caused because of toxins - which are an output of metabolism and are also added due to unnatural lifestyle choices. Nature has equipped us with the measures of eliminating the toxins on a regular basis - through breathing, stool, urine, sweat, mucus depositions in nose, eyes and genitals etc. Acne is also one such mechanism to get rid of toxins. At this stage, we need to support the body to get rid of toxins instead of suppressing symptoms by restoring to quick-fixes like medicines etc.

We would thereby recommend you to align your lifestyle choices to the laws of nature and see your body heal itself. You can explore our Natural Health Coaching Program that helps you in making the transition, step by step. Our Natural Health Coach will look into your daily routine in a comprehensive way and give you an action plan. She / he will guide you on diet, sleep, exercise, stress to correct your existing routine & make it in line with Natural Laws.
