Stomach and lose motions are the effect of our bad dietary habits and wrong posture, your gastric and breathing problem are connected as because of digestion issues our stomach is not able to absorb oxygen and give carbon dioxide well. As the former does not give us healthy nutrients to process our diet the later acts as an obstruction in our digestive tract. That is why correcting the complete diet and health helps in the treatment of your problem.
With the following advice, we are sure you will be able to treat everything holistically.
Eat:
Start the day with two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out the toxins and improve the state of metabolism by increasing it. The next thing is the inclusion of vegetable juice in your breakfast as this will help in giving the right amount of energy for the day.
Keep at least two hours gap between your food and your sleep timing at night. You can also choose to have vegetable juice in your breakfast, it is an easier way to absorb all the nutrients.
- Tomatoes with black pepper an hour before a meal will help in treating any digestion issue. As tomato helps in balancing the acid-alkaline base of the stomach.
- In the morning empty stomach consumes one piece of dates, this helps in keeping the digestive tract clean and healthy for the whole day.

Exercise:

- Practicing Vajrasana after the meal will help a lot in dealing with any issue of the digestive tract or inflammation.
- Practice Chakrasana, Pawan Mukht asana, and Balasna will help in digestion issues. proceeded by Suryanamaskar.
- Suryanamaskar will help in treating the health issues and will help in dealing with all problems, 12 sets a day is recommendable. If you are a beginner start with 6 and increase it.
Meditation:
Stop using the gadget on hour before sleep, you can use a fragrant diffuser where you can use essential oils, and then with the smell itself, you will start feeling calm. Rosemary and lavender oil will be helpful.
Take 10 long deep breaths, and allowing your body to relax, any thought which comes let it go do not resist. Saying the affirmation, I am healthy and happy" release each breath.
This will help in curbing all your issues even in the long run.
Sleep:
The sleep is a very important part of treating any mental symptom, a sleep cycle of 90 minutes should be completed to get a sound body. This sleep cycle should be repeated 5 times. This makes 7-8 hours of healthy sleep.

1. Dietary advice:
- Eat bananas - Bananas have been known to improve the flora and fauna of the stomach and promote the release of serotonin or the happy hormone.
- Eat food that is Probiotic in nature. Probiotic foods promote the growth of healthy bacteria in our guts.
- Apple is an excellent remedy for the loose motions. Apples help with the overall wellbeing of the stomach and gut.
- Eat a diet full of green leafy vegetables. It will not only fill the tummy but also provide you with a healthy source of many macro as well as micronutrients.
- Oatmeal is also a healthy and natural option for a person suffering from loose motions.
2. Physical advice:
- Exercise is more important than you think in your case. A well worked out body is always a well-rested body. Good exercise will trigger your bodily mechanism to make sure you get a good sleep and your body recovers faster.
- Walking daily in Morning sun for 30 minutes will increase vitamin D in your body which is known to promote overall health.
- Yoga asanas like Balasana and Shavasasna promote the calming effects and give the yogi a quality sleep.

3. Mental advice:
- Calming exercises like pranayam or any breathing exercise will help you to attain a mental calm and a feeling of general well being.

4. Routine and lifestyle advice:

Stomach ache and loose motions are a result of improper digestion. Improper eating habits and incorrect lifestyle is the reason for this. Along with diet, sleeping patterns, how much physical work you do daily also affects the digestive system.
Diet
- Start your day with a glass of water with a few drops of lemon in it. This will help to improve the metabolism.
- Eat only plant-based natural foods.
- Have a light breakfast. Eat sprouts and fruit juices in your breakfast.
- Eat soaked nuts, beans to get easily absorbable nutrients.
- Drink coconut water to maintain electrolyte balance.
- Use cold-pressed oil for cooking or cook oil-free.
- Have whole grains like barley, millets, oats.
Foods to avoid-
- Avoid dairy products and animal foods as they are not suitable for the human digestive system and results in indigestion issues along with the accumulation of toxins in the body.
- Avoid all junk foods.
- Avoid oily, spicy, processed, and packaged food items.
- Say no to alcohol and smoking.
- Avoid tea and coffee.
- Say no to carbonated drinks.
Exercise
Exercise is essential to improve blood circulation in the body, relieve stress, and improve metabolism.
- Start your day with a short morning walk of 30min.
- Do 5 to 6 sets of suryanamaskar.
- Do kapalbhati pranayam.

कारण - पेट दर्द के साथ दस्त लग रहा है तो इसका कारण आंतों में संक्रमण है। जिसे ठीक करने हेतु शरीर के स्वज्ञान के तहत ऐसा हो रहा है। कोई भी दवा का प्रयोग ना करें।
1. हिप बाथ लें। पेट पर गीली पट्टी 20 मिनट के लिए लगाए। पके हुए केले को गरम पानी से पीस कर छान ले और घूंट घूंट कर के पिएं। 1 केले में 200 ml पानी उबाल कर डालें।
2. सूर्य की रोशनी में 20 मिनट का स्नान सूर्य की रोशनी से करें 5 मिनट सामने 5 मिनट पीछे 5 मिनट दाएं 5 मिनट बाएं भाग में धूप लगाएं। धूप लेट कर लेना चाहिए धूप की रोशनी लेते वक्त सर और आपको किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक ले। सूर्य नारी मंद होने पर इन्फेक्शन अधिक होता है अतः आप जब भी सोए अपना दायां भाग ऊपर करके सोए।
3. प्रतिदिन अपने पेट पर खाने से 1 घंटे पहले या खाना खाने के 2 घंटे बाद गीले मोटे तौलिए को लपेटे एक तौलिया गिला करके उसको निचोड़ लें और हूं उस तौलिए को 20 मिनट तक अपने पेट पर लपेटकर रखें ऐसा करने से आपका पाचन तंत्र दुरुस्त होगा।
4. हर 3 घंटे में लंबा गहरा श्वास अंदर लें उसको थोड़ी देर रोकें और फिर सांस को खाली करें। खाली करने के बाद फिर से रुके और फिर लंबा गहरा सांस ले। यह एक चक्र है ऐसा दिन में 10 चक्र करें केवल एक शर्त का पालन करें जब आप लंबा गहरा सांस ले रहे हैं तो अपनी रीढ़ की हड्डी को सीधा रखें ऐसा करने से आपके शरीर में ऑक्सीजन की मात्रा का बढ़ेगी और ऑक्सीजन का संचार सुचारू रूप से हो पाएगा।
5. किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।
