Is it good to have spinach on daily basis in various forms of veggies, salad, smoothies?

Hello Daisy,

Yes, it is good to have spinach daily. Eating spinach may benefit eye health, reduce oxidative stress, help prevent cancer and reduce blood pressure levels. It is an excellent source of various vitamins and minerals.
You can have it in various forms although it is delicious on its own.

हेलो,
कारण - किसी भी फल और सब्जी को प्रतिदिन लिया जाा सकता है।
लेकिन बदल बदल कर लेने से शरीर मेंं हर एक का फल स्वरुप दिख जाताा है। वैसे पालक को रोज लिए जाने में नुकसान नहीं है मगर और भी हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियोंं को बदल बदल कर लेने से ज्यादा फायदा मिलता है हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियां बहुुत ही स्वास्थ्यथ्य के  लाभदायक होती है।  दिन के खानेे में  हरे पत्तियों का सलाद, सूप और सब्जी या वेजिटेबल जूस, स्मूदी के रूप में ले सकते हैं।
