कारण - प्रतिदििन Spritulina खाद्य सामग्रीी के रूप में नहीं ले सकतेे। Spritulina खाद्य सामग्री का हिस्सा नहीं है अतः यह एक दवाई के रूप में माना जाएगा और इसका प्रयोग प्रतिदिन लेना उचित नहीं है। हमारा जो आहार है वही हमारी दवाई हो सकती है। अगर उसे हम बनाते वक्त कुछ जरूरी बातों को ध्यान में रखें। स्पीरूलिना अकेले खाया नहीं जा सकता और जो इसके पोषक तत्व है वह किसी भी ग्रीन लीफी वेजिटेबल्स में मिल जाते हैं और उसको हम कच्चे फॉर्म में सलाद में हर्बल जूस में ऐड करके ले सकते हैं यह वही पोषक तत्व देगा जो हमें Spritulina से मिलता है।
