- Avoid milk and all the milk based products.
- Have whole grains in place of refined grains.

Quality and duration of sleep, both are equally very important. It also reduces stress and maintains mental balance.
So, take good quality sleep for at least 6-8hours a day.
Medications

So, kindly pay attention to the kind of medicines you take.
Habits to improve
- Get up early in the morning.
- Start your day by having warm water mixed with a few drops of lemon.
- Walk barefoot on grass in the morning.
Thank you
Fissure is a small tear in the lining of the anus. It typically heals within 6 weeks with conservative treatment. Anal fissures that last for 6 weeks or more are called chronic anal fissures.
Signs and symptoms of an anal fissure include:
- Pain, sometimes severe, during bowel movements
- Pain after bowel movements that can last up to several hours
- Bright red blood on the stool or toilet paper after a bowel movement
- A visible crack in the skin around the anus
- A small lump or skin tag on the skin near the anal fissure
Another possible cause of bright red blood is hemorrhoids.
Common causes of an anal fissure include:
- Passing large or hard stools
- Constipation and straining during bowel movements
- Chronic diarrhea
- Anal intercourse
- Childbirth
Short term treatment – Go on a liquid and semi-solid diet for 3-4 days (If you are not suffering from any other health complication like diabetes or high b.p, etc)
You can take the following juices –
Morning – as you wake up -Aloe vera juice, after 30 minutes green juice
After 2 hours - Pineapple juice
Lunch – Simple khichdi with plant-based curd
Evening - Beet and carrot juice
1 hour later - Papaya shake
Dinner - Pineapple juice
Apply coconut oil on the anal region 3 times daily till the tear heals.
Long term management
- Apply coconut oil once a day after the tear heals to prevent further damage
- Take a diet high in fiber like – millets, green leafy vegetables and local seasonal fruits
- Take a bowl full of papaya daily
- Take 1 tablespoon of soaked fenugreek seeds daily just before lunch
- Take a hip bath with neem water twice a week
- Water – Drink at least 3 L of water every day
- Sleep- Sleeping is very important to maintain the circadian rhythm and also to relieve stress from the body and mind.
Take proper sleep of at least 7-8hours daily. Sleep early at night at around 9- 10 pm and also wake up early in the morning at around 6 am.
Not taking proper sleep can also induce constipation which can aggravate your problems
Foods to avoid
- Avoid carbonated drinks.
- Avoid tea, coffee, and other caffeinated drinks.
- Avoid dairy products and animal foods.
