Hello User,

Our body takes some time to heal. In healing period, we should try to give rest to our body along with proper nutrition. We should eat light to avoid the extra load on our digestive system which will help in the healing process.

Diet to follow-

  • On first 2 days, drink warm water and have fruit juices and coconut water.
  • Then, the next two days have moong dal soup 2 to 3 times a day and coconut water.
  • After that, eat moong dal khichdi 2 to 3 times a day for 2 to 3 days. Continue to have coconut water.
  • Then, eat moong dal with thin layer of chapatis and fruits.
  • Drink coconut water daily during the whole diet plan.
  • After this, you can come to the regular diet that you eat but be sure that you consume only plant based natural foods and avoid processed, packaged and preserved foods. Also, avoid dairy products and animal foods.

Yoga

Along with the diet, yoga and meditation will help you to a great extent for healing.

  • Do pranayam regularly for 15-20min, specially anulom-vilom and bhastrika pranayam.
  • Practice vriksha asana, tada asana, trikona asana and paschimottan asana.
  • Take early morning sunrays daily for atleast 20min.

Sleep

Sleeping hours and sleeping quality matters a lot in healing and for a healthy body. Our body repairs the damaged tissues while we sleep. So, take a proper sleep of atleast 7-8hours daily.

Sleep early at night at around 10pm and also wake up early in the morning at around 6am.

Thank you
