I have vitiligo (an auto immune disorder) since 17 years on my feet knees and elbow. I tried allopathy but it didn’t work on a long term. I get new spots after every one year and I feel stressed and low self-esteem. How do I cure or control it naturally by staying at home?

Vitiligo is a complex skin condition which takes years to develop. It is important to understand that a healthy skin mirrors a healthy body. Normally the liver, lungs and kidneys handle the job of filtering and elimination of body wastes but when the system is congested with excess toxic load due to metabolic activity & unhealthy diet & lifestyle habits, the skin is called upon to handle waste elimination too.
