Local application
- Apply onion juice on your scalp. Leave it for 20 minutes and then wash your hair.
- Take neem leaves and make a paste. Apply this on your hair. Leave it for 30minutes and then wash your hair. This will help to fight against local infections.
- Maintain personal hygiene.
- Don't share your towel, soaps, clothes with anyone.
Diet
- Have only plant-based natural foods.
- Include salads, sprouts, and nuts to your diet.
- Drink coconut water.
- Have fresh, seasonal, and locally available fruits and vegetables.
- Use cold-pressed oil for.cooking instead of refined oils.
- Drink plenty of water throughout the day to be hydrated.
Yoga
Yoga is essential for improving blood circulation.
Shirsha asana and ardha shirsha asana helps to improve the blood circulation to the roots of the hairs. So, perform shirsha asana or ardha shirsha asana in the morning.
Do 12 sets of suryanamaskar regularly. This will help to improve the blood circulation in the whole body.
Take sunrays early in the morning.
Sleep
Take proper sleep of at least 7-8 hours daily. Sleep early at night at around 10 pm and also wake up early in the morning at around 6 am.

Dandruff is caused by many reasons, these reasons can be due to the pollution, hygiene, and stress of our everyday life which increases our dandruff. The next important thing is to treat dandruff is the application of home-based hair packs which have been used since our grandmothers by a gift of nature.
With an overall change in lifestyle and diet, dandruff can be treated very well in order to good hair quality. Dandruff is generally the peeling of the skin which comes out in flakes. As mostly hygiene is the prime thing which we need to treat it properly.
Here is some tip that you can change in your diet completely for getting smooth, shiny, healthy, lustrous hair.
Eat:
- A diet rich in Vitamin C is something I would recommend you start with Vitamin C helps in giving the skin collagen boost which improves the scalp health.
- Aloe vera, almonds, Indian gooseberry is also another thing in the diet that you need to start with as they are very good for hair health.
- A hair pack made from methi seeds powder is what is recommended. Grind the methi seeds powder, add one teaspoon honey, and two tablespoons of rose water. Apply it to your hair. Whenever you use this pack make sure your oil your hair at night so that methi seeds do not stick in your hair. (It is recommended for everybody including girl boys, men, and women)
- Another thing is regular coconut oil massage mixed with aloe vera gel. This will make sure you get healthy hair.
- Using tree oil two-three drops in coconut oil for massage is also healthy.

- Rubbing your nails help in increasing blood circulation to the scalp, as hair anil protein is the same type, they help in boosting each other.
