Hello i'm suffering from severe fear which is causing me anxiety, i'm on a medication of estomine ls but its not helping i always feel like i'll get a heart attack or cardiac arrest (all my heart report are normal) and ill die or sudden pressures situation will cause ha. A lifestyle filled with green vegetables, fruits, exercise, and meditation is what is needed.
Eat:
Start the day with two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out the toxins and improving the state of metabolism by increasing it.
- The inclusion of vegetable juice in your breakfast will help in giving the right amount of energy for the day.
- The next thing is going for a head massage, daily at night massage the head with coconut oil and aloe vera gel, this will help in soothing the nerves and reduce the episode of anxiety.
- Increasing Vitamin B12 and minerals in the diet will help in treating mood disorders. Chia seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, almonds are good sources of vitamin B 12.
Exercise:

The reason for these problems is the accumulation of toxins in the body which is due to the consumption of high fatty foods, high-stress levels and the wrong lifestyle. By making some changes in lifestyle and eating habits, you can achieve good mental and physical health.
Diet to follow-
- Drink 3 to 4 glasses of warm water in the morning on an empty stomach. This will help to flush the toxins out of the body.
- Include Vitamin C in your diet like have blueberries, oranges, lemon, amla, etc.
- Eat soaked raisins, dry fruits, and sprouts to get them easily absorbable nutrients.
- Have a fibre-rich diet. Eat salads, fresh fruits, and vegetables. Also, drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices with fibres. This will help in the movement of stool and will add bulk to the stool, so that, it can be removed easily from the body.
- Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
Exercise
Doing exercise or yoga daily will help to improve the blood circulation in the body and also to improve the metabolism of the body.
- Take a brisk morning walk of at least 30min.
- Perform pranayam regularly, specially anulom-vilom and bhastrika pranayam.

Sleep

Sleep early at night at around 10 pm and also wake up early in the morning at around 6 am. Read books before sleeping for a good quality sleep.
