My mother had pain in her right dorsal side for a long time. The pain is more chronic after cesarean. Her back bone pains a lot, the point where injection was injected. She can't sleep it pains so much, she has to sit the whole night. Its been two years and all test results are negative. Doctors can't diagnose her problem. Its quite painful. I am posting here as a hope. Kindly help us.

Pain in the lower back can be caused due to postural problems in your mothers case it is injury due to muscular injection, your mother can improve with  diet and good amount of exercise. Minerals like potassium and calcium help in improving muscular and bone pain.

A good diet and exercise can surely be helpful. 


The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins.

  • Potassium-rich food like bananas, coconut water, almonds, walnuts is a good source of potassium which will decrease pain.
  • Take one teaspoon of gond with one glass of warm water in the morning will help in muscle repair by hastening the process.


  • Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Practicing it early morning in an area that has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation.
  • Suryanamaskar, daily 12 sets will help in increasing the blood circulation of your body.
  • Cat and cow pose, sphinx pose, downward dog pose is very helpful for treating backache.


In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it. But with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleeping with the help of music to stay positive. In a room take a bowl of water and add two-three drops of orange or lavender essential oil. This will help in soothing you and the aroma will relax you and keep you away from any kind of disease.

Use a 15-minute relaxation technique before sleep by hearing a piece of soothing music and deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind.

A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life.


Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem. Sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. During sleep, our body goes into a repair mechanism where it heals itself.

It is important for a healthy body and mind that we follow always follow the correct lifestyle and eat right. For getting relief from pain, here are some tips to follow a good lifestyle and eating habits along with some yoga.

Foods to eat- 

  • Start the day with a glass of warm water with lemon juice in it. This will help to boost your metabolism as well as to eliminate the toxins out of the body. 
  • Eat only plant-based natural foods. 
  • Eat fresh, seasonal, and locally available fruits and vegetables. 
  • Include salads, sprouts, nuts, and beans in your diet. 
  • Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices with fibers. 
  • Drink plenty of water throughout the day to be hydrated. 

Foods to avoid- 

  • Avoid dairy products and animal foods. 
  • Avoid processed, packaged, oily, and spicy foods. 
  • Avoid carbonated drinks. 
  • Avoid tea, coffee, and other caffeinated drinks. 

Physical activity 

Exercising is very essential for proper digestive functions. 

  • Do walking or jogging in the morning. 
  • Perform 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily. 
  • Do skipping for 5 minutes. 
  • Perform pranayam regularly, specially anulom-vilom and kapalbhati pranayam. 


Sleeping is important to reduce stress which may also become the cause for health issues like acidity, etc.

Take proper sleep of at least 8 to 10 hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning.
