Hello, my father had an accident when be was a child and burnt his knee, he lost patella. Now he is turning old and still it isn't healed even if his legs bump a little his legs starts paining and wounds starts forming. How can I help him? Can you please give me suggestions...

Apply aloe vera
The leaves of the aloe vera plant contains gel like substances rich in vitamins and minerals, which promote wound healing.

Coconut oil 
Applying coconut oil to the wound also accelerates the process of healing.

Garlic
Garlic contains compounds that has anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties. So, make a paste of garlic by crushing garlic and mixing it with coconut and apply the paste locally on the injured tissues.
