Hello User,

Our eustachian block is bound to happen as it is directly connected with our nasal symptoms. Inflammation sets in and one tends to get vulnerable in immunity.

Our body is constructed in a simple manner in which it can only take nutrients from things which are simple and easily digestible. When we load our body with high fat, a chronic lethargic diet, with adulterated and packaged food, then it starts causing problems not only in digestion, but also it is tough for it to absorb nutrients from it.

Hence, diet plays a major role in them, the regime which is filled with diet and exercise is how you amalgamate everything for a better healthy and good lifestyle. Here are a few tips which will help you.

The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Have fruit salad in the afternoon time and vegetable salad as evening snack this will be light on your stomach.

  • A diet rich in Vitamin C will help in dealing with problems. Sources like lemons, oranges, mosumbi will help in dealing with inflammation.
  • Talk one inch of ginger boiled in two cups of water and add 5-6 basil leaves. Drink during evening time. This will helps in dealing with inflammation.
  • Regular steam inhalation with 5-6 drops of tea tree oil, is needed in order to relax nerves and open the eustachian block and function it normally, take it twice a day.

  • Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Practicing it early morning in an area that has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation.

In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it, but with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleep with the help of music to stay positive. Use a 15-minute relaxation technique before sleep, by hearing a piece of soothing music and deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind.

A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life.

Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem. Sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. During sleep, our body goes into a repair mechanism where it heals itself.

Hopefully, these suggestions will help you

Thank you.
