Eat:

Have fruit salad in the afternoon time and vegetable salad as evening snack this will be light on your stomach.
- A diet rich in Vitamin C will help in dealing with problems. Sources like lemons, oranges, mosumbi will help in dealing with inflammation.
- Talk one inch of ginger boiled in two cups of water and add 5-6 basil leaves. Drink during evening time. This will helps in dealing with inflammation.
