I suffer from chronic anxiety and fear. I get pain in the middle portion of the gut. I have stopped sugar ,gluten and dairy products. So how will I get calcium? I have got my CBC ,ESR,LIPASE AMYLASE,STOOL CULTURE FOR OCCULT BLOOD ,H. PYLORI,CERATININ,SONOGRAPHY OF STOMACH ,LIVER ,KIDNEY TEST, THYROID ,CHOLESTEROL TESTS. All are normal. Can the doctors on this platform guide me if I need endoscopy?

Thank you for sharing your concern with us. All health issues you mentioned are connected and the root cause of these issues is toxemia. Because of toxic overload in the body, the body's acid-alkaline balance gets disturbed and gradually health issues start building up in the body. You can start following these initial changes:
1. On a Morning empty stomach have 1 glass of lukewarm water and add lemon juice.
2. Wet packs on the abdomen region for 15-20minutes every morning and evening (after 2-3hrs of the meal)
3. Avoid dairy, non-veg, processed foods, excess intake of grains, refined oils, sugar and salt as these foods are hard to digest and cause problems in the elimination of digestive waste.
