I am suffering from Cervical Spondylitis and bone degeneration , pain and discomfort in daily life, please suggest the natural way to get rid of it.

Cervical Spondylitis is a degenerative disease of cervical region of the spine. The main causes are faulty posture, poor dietary habits, psychological strain leading to muscle spasm, lack of exercise & injury. You shoul start following a whole plant based diet, increase the inclusion of raw and alkaline food sources and avoid processed meals. Cervical spondylitis: It’s a degenerative disease of cervical region of the spine. The main causes are faulty posture, poor dietary habits, psychological strain leading to muscle spasm, lack of exercise & injury.

When there is damage, the body wants to repair & it indicates this damage through pain. The pain felt in cervical spondylitis indicates 2 things:

  1. degeneration in the cervical region is faster than regeneration
  2. the body needs help with repair.

Here are some guidelines that will help you:

1. Do yoga: fish pose, cobra pose, half boat pose daily

2. Take break from screens: phone, laptop, TV

3. Eat fruits on empty stomach

4. Add raw vegetable salad before every cooked meal

5. Massage neck & shoulder with oil + few drops of ginger juice

6. Do deep breathing excercises

7. Soak early morning sun for 10-15 mins daily
