1. Epsom Salt leg Bath: Take 2-3 teaspoons in a bucket of water and keep both legs for 15- 20 minutes daily continuously at night before going to sleep.
2. Dietary Changes: Avoid or reduce consumption of Tea/ coffee and increase consumption of Fruits like bananas, papaya, oranges, kiwi and pineapple
