Pizza is termed as 'junk food'. But this one isn't junk - Quick and Healthy besan and flax pizza tawa roasted. It is gluten free, dairy free and also free from any artificial additives. My girls love it & I'm sure your kids will love it too. Try soon, it's quite simple.
Veggies:
Capsicum, tomato , onion , pineapple , zucchini sautéed mildly without any oil
Crust:
Roasted besan 1 cup
Lime juice
Italian seasoning
Garlic powder
2 Flax eggs ( 1 tbsp spoon flax powder : 3 tbsp water ) mix until it forms a jelly
1 tbsp coconut flour
Rock salt
Pepper crushed
Mix a thick batter and keep it aside for 1 hour
Roll the batter and use a steel round box to give it a uniform shape. Since this does not have yeast, you can use a tawa to slow roast this. I have not used any oil in this recipe even while roasting .
Tomato sauce :-
Blanched tomatoes peeled
Raw Garlic
Raw onion
Italian seasoning
Dates
Salt
Pepper
Cook the ground mixture of the above until it’s thick
Cheese :-
Soaked cashew
Mustard powder
Lime
Salt
Garlic
Blend with water.

Shwetha, it’s like a chapathi dough. You can make this like a chapathi too on low flame and that becomes like a biscuit - hard. That gives a nice crunch to the pizza. I can’t share more pics on this response.. perhaps if u ping me on 9945563255, I will share some interim pics

Hi Smitha!
Thanks for sharing this recipe! I am definitely going to try this weekend. Pizzas are an all-time favourite at home.
Just wanted a little clarity on the pizza base....so do you make a batter or knead into a dough??
Also, I was wondering if you also share a pic of how it finally looks like (whenever you make it... next).
