Hello User, A lipoma is a slow growing soft mass of fat (adipose) cells that are typically found between the skin and underlying muscle in the neck, shoulders, back, abdomen and thighs. Start your morning with a short morning walk or jogging for atleast 30 minutes. Do plank for 3 to 5 minutes. Do 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily. Do bhujanga asana, paschimottan asana, gomukha asana, sarvanga asana, padahasta asana daily (under expert guidance) Do kapalbhati pranayam. Take walks after every meal, for 15 minutes. Sleep: Sleep is also important for the body and mind. It provides rest to the body and mind and also bursts all the stress. Sleep for atleast 7-8hours daily. Sleep early at night at around 10 pm and also wake up early in the morning at around 6 am. Avoid using any electronic devices 1hour before sleeping for having a good quality sleep. Thank you

🙏 Namaste Make an ointment using these ingredients ⬇️ to help reduce the size and appearance of lipomas. ➡️Make some Bitter Neem leaves Chutney with water & Neem Oil and apply directly on the skin lump. The thickness of the application should be 1/2-1 cm in depth, so make sure the mix is fairly thick. ➡️Cover the lump with a paper towel or a bandage to keep the creamy mixture in place. ➡️Keep the mixture on for a day or up to 36 hours, then remove it and repeat. ➡️ Repeat this method five times, and make the treatment last for about a week. This treatment will help fatty deposits under your skin to disappear. Also kindly avoid Fatty food , Junk Food , Fried Food , Overeating , Lethargic Life Style , Alcohol and Late Night Dinner. Acids (low pH) burn as they leave the body, if they are not neutralized by the lymph nodes before they exit the through elimination channels. Bacteria in the lymph nodes are responsible for breaking down the acidic waste, allowing it to leave the body in a more alkaline, safer, and less painful manner via the kidneys. Once the kidneys are clogged up, the skin becomes a safer route to remove acidic toxins so any skin condition is related to kidney health. When we remove the problem, the accumulation stops, the inflammation and swelling declines, and the body heals. https://www.wellcure.com/body-wisdom/1/do-you-know-about-the-body-s-acid-alkaline-balance Healthy life changes are as follows- the more the raw the better for your body Follow this:- Morning on empty stomach Celery juice 500 ml filtered / ash gourd juice/cucumber juice/ Green juice with any watery vegetable like ash gourd/cucumber/ridge gourd/bottle gourd/carrot/beet with ginger and lime filtered/ tender coconut water or more pure veggie juice Afternoon from 12:- A bowl of fruits - don’t mix melons and other fruits. Hello User, Though nodules were present in the body since childhood, the excess fat has caused them to move on the nerves which results in the fact that they are moving on nerve endings causing the pain. This is caused due to to heavy complex diet which activates malabsorption and we cannot reap the benefit of the food we eating. This process is due to inflammation which is caused in the body making our body uncomfortable and vulnerable to low immunity. It is time to go light on your body and lose weight. The lighter the food, the easier the calories are absorbed. The main thing here is, it should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep and exercise which amalgamate for good health. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake for at least one month and refrain from something oil-based. Start your day with one glass of warm water and one teaspoon of methi seeds. For breakfast, a glass of bottle guard juice with an inch of ginger blended together. Add one bowl of raw sprouts. After two hours consume one fruit of your choice, specifically seasonal. Lunch should consist of one buckwheat roti with an oil-free vegetable and a bowl of salad. During the evening, have dried fruits like apricots, almonds and walnuts which will be helpful. A glass of aloe vera juice is recommended. Dinner should be light as soup and salad. And taken before the time of 7 pm. This diet should be followed for months. Application on nodules: Massage the nodules with mustard oil one teaspoon with a half a teaspoon of turmeric to lessen the pain, and the size will decrease. Apply it at night. This will be helpful. Exercise: Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Practising it early morning in an area which has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation. Suryanamaskar, daily 12 sets will help in increasing the blood circulation of your body. Practice cardio exercises like swimming, jogging, running, skipping which will help in dealing with your over-weight. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it. But with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleeping with the help of music to stay positive. In a room take a bowl of water and add two-three drops of orange or lavender essential oil. This will help in soothing you and the aroma will relax you and keep you away from any kind of disease. Use a 15-minute relaxation technique before sleep by hearing a piece of soothing music and deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind. A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life. Sleep: Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem. Sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. During sleep, our body goes into a repair mechanism where it heals itself. Hopefully, these suggestions will help you. Thank you.

Dear health seeker Nancy, Generally, the Lipomas are painless unless of course, they grow over some nerves. Please find herewith the program to be followed, which will take care of your all physical discomfort, pain etc. and Lipomas will no more trouble u. Lipoma are generally soft deposits of fatty material that grow under the skin, causing round or oval lumps are usually benign lumps and not cancerous, they do not cause any problems other than a pain in cases where they grow against a nerve. They remain in the body for long periods harmlessly. However, since it is abnormality it has to be taken care of by living hygienically as per the eternal laws governing our organism. First of all the poor health of the skin is responsible in conjunction with poor elimination of toxins by other three organs lungs, bowels and urine. All four organs should optimally work to keep the body spic and span, free from any uneasiness i.e. disease. Drink alkaline juices of either bael Patra, ash gourd, cucumber, carrots Go sun basking and brisk walking, follow up by cold water bath and spinal bath Breakfast of fruits and coconuts or salads and coconuts Lunch of vegetables raw and cooked without oil spices and condiments and no tadaka of onions and garlic, Drink fruit juices or coconut water or any one kind of fruit in the evening. Apply the cold abdominal pack for 20 minutes twice in a day Dinner to be of vegetables raw and cooked and one or two roti or a small bowl of rice. Avoid all junk foods fast food, energy drinks, food supplements, all animal products smoke, alcohol tobacco etc. And the Lipoma will be taken care of by mother nature Last but not least wear cotton clothes, "Don't apply anything on your skin which you can not eat." Hello Thank you for sharing your query with us, lipoma balls is nothing but accumlation of fat, which results in fatty tissue beneath your skin. The pain in your chest and irregular mensutral cycles, these are all signs of toxemia- the accumulation of toxins within the body. While some toxins are an output of metabolism, others are added due to unnatural lifestyle- wrong food habits, lack of rest and stress. Periods are regulated by hormones - estrogen & progesterone. If there is a toxic overload on the body, it can prevent the hormones from performing their routine functions. All these health issues can be cured, you can take help from our Health Coach to guide you in healthy food habits and getting back in sync with the natural laws of living. Meanwhile you can go through E- Learning courses and some Successful health journeys Wishing you good health Team Wellcure
