Following the correct lifestyle and diet is extremely important for a healthy body. Reasons for skin problems Stress Improper diet. Hormonal imbalance. Some medications. Disturbed circadian rhythm. Also, have sufficient water during the day to eliminate the toxins out of your body. Have freshly prepared fruit juices like beetroot juice. Use cold-pressed oil for cooking instead of refined oil. Foods to avoid- Oily foods are not good for the skin as well as for overall health. So, avoid deep-fried foods. Avoid spicy foods, packaged foods, and processed foods. Avoid tea and coffee. Dear Vineeta, Thanks for sharing your query with us. We would like to draw your attention to Nature Cure perspective on the same - Nature Cure identifies the root cause of most diseases as TOXAEMIA - accumulation of toxins within the body. While some toxins are an output of metabolism, others are added due to unnatural lifestyle – wrong food habits, lack of rest, stress etc. If not eliminated, the toxins get built up and cause diseases. Nature has equipped us with the measures of eliminating the toxins on a regular basis - through breathing, stool, urine, sweat, mucus depositions in nose, eyes and genitals etc. When there are too much of toxins to be excreted through the kidneys, they are considerably taxed and consequently, they become very weak. As you start aligning your body to the laws of nature you would be surprised to see how your body starts responding by eliminating toxins and recovering. You can also explore our Natural Health Coaching Program that can help in making the transition, step by step. Hi Kavya, I appreciate your concern regarding your daughter, Let's understand hair health from nature cure perspective. The state of health of a person is reflected in the state of the hair too. Our hair gets its nutrition from within. There are living cells in the hair bulb which get their nourishment from the blood to make good healthy hair. Taking care of the body’s needs – physiological, mental and emotional needs with the correct lifestyle results in superior quality of blood which feeds the cells of the hair. When the quality of blood supplying the nutrition is good, the quality and colour of hair is good too. Here are some guidlines that can help: 1. daily brush hair gently with a soft-bristled brush. 2. massage the scalp for 5 minutes daily with fingertips, wash hair with lukewarm or cold water using natural cleansers only. 3. do head and neck excersice or yoga poses for better blood circulation to the scalp. 4. have plenty of water-rich fruits and veggies, sprouts, nuts, and seeds for better blood quality. 5. soak sun for atleast 15-20 mins daily 6. get good quality sleep & avoid stress We would like to guide you to a few resources - Read blog - Healthy Hair – Nourish your crowning glory from within Check our our specialized hair program - Natural Hair Care E-learning Program For queries, you can contact our teammates: 9238611952 (Sanjana), 9411817885 (Neha) Wish you a good health

What is the natural cure for wart?

09:29 AM | 17-03-2021
Hello Harvinder, Warts are harmless growth on the skin. They are caused by human papillomavirus infections. Warts are contagious. They can go away in their own, but it can take weeks, months or years. The goal of treating warts or any other infection naturally is to prepare your body to respond against such infections. Local application Garlic has antimicrobial properties and hence can be used in warts. Crush 2 cloves of garlic and mix it with water to form a paste. Apply this paste on the affected area and cover with a bandage. Repeat this for 3 to 4 days. You can also use garlic juice instead of paste. Take fresh aloe vera leaf and peel it and apply the fresh gel on the affected area. It also helps to fight pathogens. Cold compresses To relieve the pain and itchiness associated with the warts, apply a cool and moist compress. Do it 4 to 5 times or several times a day to get relief from the symptoms. Soak a cloth in the cold water. Wring out the water and apply the cloth on the affected area. This will help to relieve the pain and itchiness. Do not use ice packs on the rashes as they may increase skin sensitivity and worsen the pain. Baths Take a cool bath or shower to soothe the skin. Do not use hot water as it may worsen the blisters because it increases the blood flow. When you take a cold water bath then the coolness of water eases the pain of the blisters and also calms the itchiness. Dietary changes Avoid dairy products and animal foods like eggs, meats, milk, etc. Avoid spicy and oily foods. Always have plant-based natural foods. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices. Drink coconut water. Include salads, sprouts, nuts, and beans in your diet. Include Vitamin C in your diet like blueberries, amla, orange, lemon, etc. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to be hydrated. Thank you

Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Exercise Exercising regularly improves our metabolism as well as blood circulation. Start the day with a short morning walk. Do 12 sets of suryanamaskar daily. Perform pranayam regularly, specially anulom-vilom and bhastrika pranayam. Take the sun rays in the morning. I am suffering from daad / outgrowth on skin in my back and other areas... Please help

Hello Sushil Goel, Our immunity becomes weak because of external factors like stress, a high-fat diet and a sedentary lifestyle this tends to make our blood circulation and oxygen supply to all the parts of body poor. This allows the fungal infection(daad or outgrowth of skin) to enter our body and to this, our body goes into the mode of defence mechanism and starts the inflammatory reaction. Pain, swelling, itching all the signs you might be facing. Taking a holistic measure will definitely help you in treating infections. Our private parts are mostly covered and there are high chances the sweat gets accumulated, in there so practising hygiene is very much essentially keeping the area dry. Now let us understand what changes we can make: Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature and easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake least for one month and refrain from something which is oil-based. Have fruit salad in the afternoon time and vegetable salad as evening snack this will be light on your stomach. Have one inch of ginger with one teaspoon of honey and half a teaspoon of turmeric in one cup of water bring it to boil for 5-10 minutes. This will help in treating any kind of inflammation. Take one teaspoon of coconut oil, add 2-3 drops of tea tree oil and apply in the area during night time by wearing anything loose, light coloured cotton. Take one tablespoon of aloe vera gel and put half a turmeric, by mixing this you apply on the affected area. This will be helpful in treating fungal infection by healing the skin faster. Exercise: Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body, practising it early morning in an area which has good sunlight will help. Suryanamaskar daily 12 sets will help in increasing the blood circulation of your body. A brisk walk in early morning sun from 30-45 minutes, helps in treating your body to its level best. Sun is a great source of Vitamin D that is why walking in the sun and connecting with the sun also help in activating our cells and rejuvenate us for the whole day. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it, but with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleep with the help of music to stay positive. In a room take a bowl of water and add two-three drops of orange or lavender essential oils this will help in soothing you and the aroma will relax you and keep you away from any kind of disease. Use a 15-minute relaxation technique before sleep, by hearing a piece of soothing music and deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind. A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life. Sleep: Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem, sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. During sleep, our body goes into a repair mechanism where it heals thy self. Hopefully, these suggestions will help you Thank you
