Hi. Body is tuned to be in a state of balance.....only when we let it be. Actions that interfere in body's default mode - Artificial hormonal intake, i.e. dairy, non veg, medicines Chemicals - personal care & home care products, pollution, packaged foods Increased acidity in the body - diet rich in acidic foods such as grains, tea / coffee, refined foods, junk foods, oily spicy foods, etc, stress, sedentary lifestyle Actions that support body's default mode - Eat whole foods, not refined Lots of raw fruits & veggies. Strive for atleast 50% of your food intake to be raw. Exercise regularly. Spend time in sun every morning 15-20 minutes. Stay happy. Ensure sleep of around 8 hours every night. This may sound very generic. But that's the whole point. Let your body be!! ,

Hello User, The best advice for suffering from depression is taking a natural way to treat it. Going the natural way will only help in treating the episode but will also help in preventing it. As the stressors in today's lifestyle have increased be it for a student, a person working at home, or a corporate lifestyle everything needs to be tackled in a healthy manner. A lifestyle filled with green vegetables, fruits, exercise, and meditation is what is needed. The reason you are also suffering from nutritional deficiency and the liver problem is because of this same issue where you are not able to absorb nutrients due to bad dietary habits. The episode of compulsive overthinking can also be dealt with easily in this manner. Eat: Start the day with two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out the toxins and improving the state of metabolism by increasing it. The inclusion of a vegetable juice in your breakfast will help in giving the right amount of energy for the day. The next thing is going for a head massage, daily at night massage the head with coconut oil and aloe vera gel, this will help in soothing the nerves and reduce the episode of mood swings. Increasing Vitamin B12 and minerals the diet will help in treating mood disorders. Chia seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, almonds are a good source of vitamin B 12. Exercise: Taking a brisk walk in the early morning sun rays helps in treating all the problems, as the sun helps in treating the mood and freshen us for the whole day. Early morning walk is recommendable. Even Suryanamaskar will help in treating the mental issues and will help in dealing with all problems, 12 sets a day is recommendable. If you are a beginner start with 6 and increase it. Meditation: Stop using the gadget on hour before sleep, you can use a fragrant diffuser where you can use essential oils, and then with the smell itself, you will start feeling calm. The next thing is to take 10 long deep breaths, and allowing your body to relax, any thought which comes let it go do not resist. Saying the affirmation, I am healthy and happy" release each breath. This will help a lot in calming you. Communication helps a lot, please talk to people around you and express yourself healthily it will definitely solve the problem. Sleep: Sleep is a very important part of treating any mental symptom, a sleep cycle of 90 minutes should be completed in order to get a sound body. This sleep cycle should be repeated 5 times. This makes 7-8 hours of healthy sleep. This will make your body and mind strong and refreshing. Hopefully, these suggestions will help. Thank you.

How to keep healthy men's penis and sperm?
Nikita Mishra
04:29 PM | 26-04-2021
Hello Bhawan, Sperms are made in the testicles. It travels through the reproductive tract and mixes with the fluid that is found in the seminal ducts. Together, the sperm and this fluid make semen, the thick white ejaculate that comes out from the penis. What can be done for healthy sperms? By getting a well balanced nutritional diet, taking plenty of rest, drinking enough fluids and keeping stress in check will help. Eat a diet full of whole, nutrient dense foods to foster sperm production. Exercise regularly. Doing so will help to boost testosterone levels. Try yoga and meditation to lower your stress levels. Stress hormone can have an impact on testosterone levels. Things to avoid Stay away from any activities like rough contact sports, that may harm your testes and reproductive tract. Limit your exposure to radiation. Avoid activities that may expose your testes to high temperatures like sauna bath and steam baths. Along with this, you need to have a good diet also. Foods to eat The food that you eat, 40 to 50% of it should be in raw form. If you eat dead food how can expect to be alive. The body has to raise the dead to get the nutrients which means more work needs to be done by the body and hence more pressure is created. So, eat raw and fresh food. Thank you
I am suffering from hyper-echoic lesions in ovary. Very small in size. Can it be cured?

Hello User, If we keep on loading ourselves with adulterated things and chemical-based products, we are definitely going to be prone to any kind of illness. Once the disease enters the body, it is the whole body that needs to heal and not just the part and this is what natural cure is all about. A disease of the reproductive system starts with the high fat and chemical-based diet that we are loading our gastrointestinal tract with. Any disease can make you pre-dispose to another, because of your lifestyle continuation. If you take care of your lifestyle at this moment, then, there are definite chances that you get yourself treated well and your menstrual cycle will regularise (if it isn't) with these lesions. But we have to treat our body on the whole so that we can even stop any future problems with our reproductive tract. In any case, the cure remains the same, which is a holistic cure in nature's way. Eat: Start with food items like jaggery, dates, sprouts, green leafy vegetables which help in increasing iron content. Vitamin C addition helps in easy-iron absorption, for example adding lemon to dals. Vitamin C keeps our cells activated by absorbing the iron in the body. Include one fruit like apple, papaya, a banana a day to have a healthy GUT. Apply ice packs every 20 minutes which helps in lowering the pain, if you have any. Cumin water acts as a coolant and helps in enhancing the reproductive cycle. Exercise: Sleep on your back, raise your one leg and start rotating in a circular motion for 5 times and place it back, repeat the same with another leg. This will elevate your uterine muscles. Squats are another exercise to improve uterine health. Do it 15-20 times at one time. Sit and take 10-15 long deep breaths from the abdomen, to release all the toxicity from the body helping us to gain back our healthy uterus. Meditation: While sleeping, take a bowl of water. Put two-three essential oil drops like lavender or orange and inhale it. It will help in calming nerves and automatically our body will start getting the rhythm back. Listen to music for 15 minutes by closing your eyes and deep breathing. This will help in controlling anxiety during stress. Sleep: Sleep should be of 7-8 hours, sound. This will help in releasing all stress and treat all the issues in a healthy manner. It is time to get yourself healthy and wise. Hopefully, these suggestions will be helpful Thank you.

Hello User, Once the disease enters the body, it is the whole body that needs to heal and not just the part and this is what natural cure is all about. Bartholin cysts are just an inflammatory reaction of our body which is towards how we are loading our body with complex nutrition. A disease of the reproductive system starts with the high fat and chemical-based diet that we are loading our gastrointestinal tract with. Any disease can make you pre-dispose to another, because of your lifestyle continuation, if you take care of your lifestyle at this moment than there are definite chances that you get yourself treated well and your menstrual cycle will regularise with your inflammation getting cured. Eat: Start with food items like jaggery, dates, sprouts, green leafy vegetables which help in increasing iron content which helps in treating inflammation. One inch of ginger boiled in two cups of water with a tablespoon of lemon helps in treating inflammation, consume it during the evening. Vitamin C addition helps in easy-iron absorption, for example adding lemon in dals. Vitamin C keeps our cells activated by absorbing the iron in the body. Cumin water acts as a coolant and helps in enhancing the reproductive cycle. Squats are another exercise to improve uterine health. Do it 15-20 times at one time. Sit and take 10-15 long deep breaths from the abdomen, to release all the toxicity from the body helping us to gain back our normal menstrual cycle and healthy reproductive system. Warm baths, by sitting in a tub with lukewarm water, it will dissolve and help in dilating blood vessels and releasing the cysts. Massage your pelvis with coconut oil, this will help in healing blood circulation. Sleep: Sleep should be of 7-8 hours, sound. This will help in releasing all stress and treat all the issues in a healthy manner. It is time to get yourself healthy and wise. Hopefully, these suggestions will be helpful Thank you.

I just suffer from negative and unwanted thoughts? I recently started yoga and Pranayama. Can it be helpful. Because I don't want to have anti anxiety medicines??
Nikita Mishra
03:35 PM | 10-05-2021
Hello Adit, Our mental health is equally important just as our physical health. Negative thoughts, unwanted thoughts, anxiety are all the indications about your bad mental health. Here are a few tips that will surely help you: Meditation Meditation is the ultimate key to achieving good mental health. Just like our physical health, our mental health is also equally important and meditation is the best to achieve the same. Give 20 to 25 minutes from your busy day for meditation. Practice it in sukhasana or padma asana and concentrate on your breathing. Daily meditating will surely lead to a healthy and happy mind. Diet Diet also has an impact on our mental health as our metabolism depends on the foods that we have which in turn affects the hormonal secretions. Drink a glass of warm water with lemon juice in it in the morning on an empty stomach. This will help to boost the metabolism at the start of the day. Have soaked raisins and other dry fruits to get the easily absorbable nutrients. Eat sprouts, nuts, beans and salads. Include Vitamin C in your diet like blueberries, amla, orange or lemon as they have antioxidant properties. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to eliminate the toxins out of the body and to be hydrated. Avoid dairy products and animal products as they are not meant for the human digestive system and hence it results in the accumulation of toxins in the body. Avoid processed, packaged and preserved foods as they have bad effects on our digestive system. Yoga Daily yoga is very effective for achieving a good balance between the mind, body and soul. Practice suryanamaskar daily. Do bhujanga asana, paschimottan asana, gomukha asana and padahasta asana. Do pranayam regularly for 15-20min, specially anulom-vilom and kapalbhati pranayam. Take sunrays early in the morning. Sleep The quality and pattern of the sleep also determine the state of our mental health as it affects the circadian rhythm and in turn the hormonal balance. Sometimes, lack of proper also leads to mental illness. So, take proper sleep of at least 8 to 10 hours daily. Avoid electronic devices like mobiles, laptops, computers, tv, etc at least 1hour before sleeping to improve the quality of sleep. Thank you

I had surgery of anal abscess two years back still i feel pain when i have loose stools. What to do?
Dr. Khushbu Suthar
09:08 PM | 16-03-2020
Hello User, Anal abscess to loose stools, both are the effects of inflammation happening in your body due to your rich in spices and adulterated diet. With high gluten and unhealthy fat content in your diet what happens is our body is not able to regularise the digestive tract function but slows downs causing indigestion. The pain happens due to the injured part in the area of abscess which is not healed due to the continuation of the same type of diet, it is time to take a nature's step and heal your condition to avoid such relapses of pain and discomfort. A holistic measure is the only way you can treat this thing completely. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature and easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake for least for one month and refrain from something which is oil-based. Have fruit salad in the afternoon time and vegetable salad as evening snack this will be light on your stomach. Consume a plate of tomatoes with black pepper an hour before a meal, for easy digestion. Fennel seeds after a meal will help in increasing the digestive system's pace. A ginger lemon tea will help in dealing with inflammation, have it two hours after your afternoon meal. Consuming bottle gourd juice in your breakfast will help in treating digestive tract problems. Apply aloe vera gel in near the anal region twice a day, for soothing effects and easy stools. Exercise: Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Practicing it early morning in an area that has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation. Suryanamaskar, daily 12 sets will help in increasing the blood circulation of your body. Practice vajrasana after every meal in order to aid digestion. A brisk walk in early morning sun from 30-45 minutes, helps in treating your body to its level best. Sun is a great source of Vitamin D that is why walking in the sun and connecting with the sun also help in activating our cells and rejuvenates us for the whole day. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it, but with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleep with the help of music to stay positive. In a room take a bowl of water and add two-three drops of orange or lavender essential oil. This will help in soothing you and the aroma will relax you and keep you away from any kind of disease. Use a 15-minute relaxation technique before sleep by hearing a piece of soothing music and deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind. A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life. Hi Senem Simsek, IBS or irritable bowel syndrome is a chronic digestive problem. We do appreciate that it is a troublesome condition and does start affecting one's day-to-day functioning. This issue has often been discussed on our platform and we also have some resources that we would like to share with you. Before that, please consider this - as per nature cure, the main root cause of all kinds of disease or discomfort is TOXAEMIA - accumulation of un-eliminated toxins within the body. While some toxins are an output of metabolism, others are added due to an unnatural lifestyle – wrong food habits, lack of rest, stress etc. If not eliminated, the toxins get build up and cause diseases. While the body has an innate capacity to get rid of the toxins, it needs to be supported by way of providing it with the right inputs. Here are some guidlines to follow: 1. avoid wheat, dairy and non veg 2. add fruits, veggies, sprouts, nuts & seeds 3. adopt oil free cooking 4. avoid oil, spicy food, tea, coffee, processed food, sugar 5. do intermittent fasting 6. soak sun daily for 15-20 mins 7. do hip bath daily For more detail check out the blog - Keep Calm and Beat IBS Naturally with 8 Lifestyle Changes You can also explore our Correct AutoImmune Diseases Naturally program that can help you in making the transition, step by step.
