Hi, Normally urine color is pale yellowish, this color is due to a pigment called urochrome breakdown product of heme (blood haemoglobin) or urobilin, a breakdown product of bile pigment, which is eliminated through urine. And the color of urine is determined by your water intake. If you take more water it gets diluted and the color changes to light yellow. If your water intake is less them dark yellowish urine. Sometimes excess intake of VitaminB2 and B12 also cause yellowish urination. Drinking lots of water and taking a proper healthy balanced diet will help get you normal. Take more juices like bottle guard juice, plantain pith juice, pumpkin juice to remove your kidney stones. Drink regular jeera water. Take more fresh fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables. I have been having high fever right after Diwali. There is bad cough and congestion in the chest. No phlegm comes out but i feel pain in my chest and uneasiness. There is itchiness in the throat. हेलो, कारण - शरीर में अम्ल की अधिकता से दाँत की समस्या होती है। अम्ल की अधिकता से ही एस्ट्रोजन हार्मोन अधिक बनता है जो अनचाहे बालों का कारण है। समाधान - अमरूद के पत्तों को चबा कर ऊँगली के मदद से उससे दातों को साफ़ करें। टूथ ब्रश और टूथ पेस्ट का प्रयोग बंद करें। चेहरे के अनचाहे बालों को हटाने के लिए चावल के आँटे + एलोवेरा पल्प + देशी गुलाब की पँखुरी का पेस्ट से 20 मिनट तक रोज़ मालिश करें। शीतलि प्राणायाम करें। उज्जायी प्राणायाम करें। सूर्य नमस्कार 5 बार करें। दौड़ लगाएँ। आहार शुद्धि के बिना लाभ नहीं होगा। 1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। 2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।I दौड़ लगाएँ। सूर्य नमस्कार 5 बार करें। 3 अग्नि तत्व- सूरर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे। 4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करना है। नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं। मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। पेट पर खीरा का पेस्ट 20 मिनट लगाएँ। फिर साफ़ कर लें। पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें। 5. पृथ्वी तत्व- कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। सुबह ख़ाली पेट इनमे से कोई भी हरा जूस लें।पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर छान कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। ये जूस सुबह नाश्ते से एक घंटे पहले लें। नाश्ते में फल लें। दोपहर के खाने से एक घंटा पहले हरा जूस लें। खाने में सलाद नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid) की कमी हो जाती। सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें। रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है। एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें। हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें। धन्यवाद। रूबी, प्राकृतिक जीवनशैली प्रशिक्षिका व मार्गदर्शिका (Nature Cure Guide & Educator)

Swelling in any part of the body is abnormal because of collection of toxins in that area. Before collecting into that area, the body would have got overloaded in other organs such as the liver and other lymphatic systems. The blood which carries nutrition to all the parts of the body would be toxic itself and deposits filled as it travels in the most vulnerable parts of the body. To clean this place means that right from the stomach the blood has to be cleaned. I would suggest that you do the following. And I am hopeful that you will find relief from this as soon as possible. As you start following a healthy diet this I suspect that you might have pus coming out from ur finger or fever. Toxins come out only with symptoms. And the symptoms have to be expected and handled naturally without suppressing . With animal products in your meals, acidity in the body increases and the body will suck all the alkaline enzymes to maintain homeostasis. If high acidic foods ( not coming under category of fruits veg veggies greens majorly) are injested, their ph is less than normal, the stomach does not need to make it acidic to process. The pancreas won’t produce the alkaline buffers to the blood to neutralise the acidity raised by the stomach. So this acidic food in its state reaches the next few levels like the duodenum which are not geared for this ph level and bile from liver and gallbladder is called to rescue this balance. As this bile continues to be overproduced, liver becomes tired. If liver and gallbladder are not in a good working condition, enough Bile is not made available in the duodenum, and this is how acidic food reaches the intestines. . As liver weakens, the body cleaning is also compromised and blood continues to carry acidic toxins that have the liver could not manage and have reached the intestines where nutrients get absorbed. I went to acidity in the blood goes up, the blood first uses of the alkaline buffers present in its blood plasma to bring the blood closer to an alkaline pH. नमस्ते , टेनिस एल्बो हाथ से अधिक कार्य करने की वजह से टेंडन /स्नायु में दर्द हो जाता है ,यह अधिकतर बढ़ई, प्लंबर या हाथ का अधिक प्रयोग खेलकूद में करने वाले लोगों को होता है। प्रतिदिन अनन्नास के जूस का सेवन करें। भोजन में अधिकतर मौसमी फल एवं हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियों का सेवन करें ,इससे शरीर में अम्ल एवं क्षार का संतुलन बना रहता है । मिट्टी के घड़े में रखे हुए जल को प्यास लगने पर बैठकर धीरे-धीरे सेवन करें ,इससे शरीर को आवश्यक जल की आपूर्ति होती है। बालू सेंधा नमक एवं सरसो का तेल एक सूती कपड़े में बांधकर पोटली बना लें, तवे पर सरसों का तेल डालकर गर्मागर्म पोटली से दर्द वाली जगह की सिकाई करें । हाथों का योगिक सूक्ष्म व्यायाम- मुट्ठी बांधे -खोलें ,मुट्ठी को दक्षिणावर्त एवं वामावर्त दिशा में चारों तरफ घुमाएं, कलाई को मोड़े -फैलाएं ,दोनों हाथों की अंगुलियों को कंधे पर रखकर दक्षिणावर्त एवं दिशा में घुमाएं( प्रत्येक 10 बार ) हाथ की मांसपेशियों में एवं स्नायु में लचीलापन बना रहता है रक्त संचार बढ़ता है। निषेध- हाथों का अधिक प्रयोग, चीनी, मैदा ,वसा से बनी हुई चीजें!

Can we know where are the cysts ? On the skin or inside the body ? Cysts is a result of the inflammation in the body malfunctioning due to lifestyle .Once the lifestyle is corrected and back to track, the body gets back to normal too. Whether it was emotional stress or physical stress and wrong food choices, sedentary lifestyle, they all help each other mess the body’s normal functioning. I believe that people who are disciplined can reverse it in few months. But this is a lifestyle and not a diet.Cysts are growths in the body which stores toxins in it. Cysts are at the hardening stage of a disease progression in the body. If those toxins were roaming freely, it would have caused more damage. It’s hence the way of locking those toxins and virus in a sack. Once a healthy plant based lifestyle is followed, they will melt and be thrown out of the body . Follow this :- Morning on empty stomach Celery juice 500 ml filtered / ash gourd juice / cucumber juice/ green juice with any watery vegetable like ashgourd / cucumber / ridge gourd / bottle gourd / carrot / beet with ginger and lime filtered/ tender coconut water or more pure veggie juice Afternoon from 12 :- A bowl of fruits - don’t mix melons and other fruits.
