Hi,I am suffering from stomach issues since 1 and half month. Initial it just started as burning throat pain at the back of throat and now wanting to eat anything after breakfast. Gradually it getting worse. Went to gastroenterologist he suggested few medications,but it's been since 15 days I m on medications. I m feeling lot of regurgitation and belching. And feels heaviness,slight abdominal pain. I started to eat plain food,I don't eat outside or junk food now. Its pathetic pls help me

Namaste, Change you life and diet lifestyle. Take daily morning and evening brisk walks for at least 20-30 minutes each. Exploring morning sunlight around 15 to 20min is very beneficial. Increase intake of fiber, especially fruits and cooked vegetables. Eat whole grains and nuts. Avoid refined foods like white flour, bread, pasta, pizza, white rice, etc. Avoid animal products like dairy and meat should be strictly avoided. Disturbing psychological factors should be removed, and meals should be taken in a relaxed and calm atmosphere. Soak 3-4 dried figs after washing them overnight in water. Eat them first thing in the morning, and also drink the water in which they were soaked. They should also be taken in the evening. Try this treatment for 3-4 weeks. Add extra virgin coconut oil for your vegetable cooking. Join yoga center and with help of expert learn some easy asanas. Her weight gain must be mainly due to her inability to walk and therefore a sedantary lifestyle, and probably because of her wrong eating habits. Encourage her to eat a whole food plant based diet with fresh fruits and vegetables, lots of green juices,nuts and seeds ,legumes and beans. Healthy fats such as avacados, flax, hemp and chia seeds. Sprouted Fenugreek and legumes. Muscle tone can be improved by doing regular exercises with the help of a physiotherapist. Best wishes.

A long term solution can be got by understanding how the mucous is formed and how you could stop that. Mucous is formed when the body is not able to digest all that you have eaten and so toxins start forming as a result of matter which has been retained in the system for a long time. The old matter starts decomposing and producing toxins. How could you improve your digestion and assimilation? By avoiding foods that take long time to be processed and broken down and consuming all that is easiest on your digestion and save on our vitality. Foods to be removed 1 All packaged and processed outside food-like substances. 2 Refined flour and refined oil 3 All types of stimulants like tea and coffee. नमस्ते बाल भी हमारे शरीर का ही हिस्सा है। सिर में ऑक्सिजन की कमी और mineral की कमी से ये समस्या होती है। रासायनिक शेम्पू एवं साबुन से ऐसा होता है। शरीर के हर हिस्से में जो पोषक तत्व पहुँचना चाहिए, वो नहीं पहुँच रहा है। आपके आहार में सब्ज़ी का जूस शामिल करने की ज़रूरत है। फल, सब्ज़ी और सलाद को अपने खाने में शामिल करें। सुबह की शुरुआत 1/2 खीरा + करी पत्ता पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ, फल एक घंटे बाद लें। 12 बजे दोपहर में पालक 10पत्ते + पुदीना10पत्ते पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे तक में कर लें। रात का भोजन में सलाद ही लें तो बहुत अच्छा होगा। मेरुदंड ( स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें, हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ,नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ।बालों को नींबू या रीठा से साफ़ करें।कपूर और नारियल तेल से मालिश करें।

Hello Amit, Avoid all the dairy products like milk,curd,buttermilk, paneer,butter as they are not meant for our human digestive system. Have a complete plant based diet, include seasonal fruits like pomegranate, banana and fresh vegetables ,nuts, sprouts. For 2-3days,stay on complete fluid diet.Have homemade fruit juices, coconut water.

A diet high in raw foods and vegetables with less cooked food will help heal you. Transition gradually You have to immediately stop all dairy products, non veg, eggs and processed foods. Go low on the spices too. Atleast few times in a week, eat just fruits and vegetables and no grains at all. Sleep on time to accelerate healing. Poor blood circulation due to unhealthy lifestyle is one of the root causes. Please adopt a whole food plant based diet (that means no dairy, non veg, eggs etc and whole grains. Keep your diet high in raw content). You have to reduce salt or totally give up salt till the swelling reduces. Salt is highly irritating to the body and the body protects itself by holding onto water. This causes localized swelling. Remember that pickles, papads and processed foods are also high in salt. Switch over to oil free cooking. Refined oil causes inflammation in the body. You can check the many recipes in this website. Please ensure you lead and active lifestyle with regular exercise to improve circulation.
