Hi,I am suffering from stomach issues since 1 and half month. Initial it just started as burning throat pain at the back of throat and now wanting to eat anything after breakfast. Her weight gain must be mainly due to her inability to walk and therefore a sedantary lifestyle, and probably because of her wrong eating habits. Encourage her to eat a whole food plant based diet with fresh fruits and vegetables, lots of green juices,nuts and seeds ,legumes and beans. Healthy fats such as avacados, flax, hemp and chia seeds. Sprouted Fenugreek and legumes. Muscle tone can be improved by doing regular exercises with the help of a physiotherapist. Best wishes.

When the body keeps removing waste matter this way it shows that the inerstines are very weak and are not functioning normally, and it is not able to process what ever food you are offering it. The body stops cooperating of functioning normally when it has been overloaded with work or toxic matter. This could lead to inflammation too, The best wat to begin healing is letting the digestive system go into complete rest mode. More food that stays in the stomach for long hours will cause further irritation. So eat only that which can be easily digested and assimilated. Eat only when really hungry and dont eat when in doubt. नमस्ते बाल भी हमारे शरीर का ही हिस्सा है। सिर में ऑक्सिजन की कमी और mineral की कमी से ये समस्या होती है। रासायनिक शेम्पू एवं साबुन से ऐसा होता है। शरीर के हर हिस्से में जो पोषक तत्व पहुँचना चाहिए, वो नहीं पहुँच रहा है। आपके आहार में सब्ज़ी का जूस शामिल करने की ज़रूरत है। फल, सब्ज़ी और सलाद को अपने खाने में शामिल करें। सुबह की शुरुआत 1/2 खीरा + करी पत्ता पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ, फल एक घंटे बाद लें। 12 बजे दोपहर में पालक 10पत्ते + पुदीना10पत्ते पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे तक में कर लें। रात का भोजन में सलाद ही लें तो बहुत अच्छा होगा। मेरुदंड ( स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें, हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ,नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ।बालों को नींबू या रीठा से साफ़ करें।कपूर और नारियल तेल से मालिश करें।

A diet high in raw foods and vegetables with less cooked food will help heal you. Transition gradually You have to immediately stop all dairy products, non veg, eggs and processed foods. Go low on the spices too. Atleast few times in a week, eat just fruits and vegetables and no grains at all. Sleep on time to accelerate healing.
