How can we Detox Blood Naturally?
Dr.Elanchezhiyan Devar...
06:11 PM | 13-09-2019
Blood is important for transporting oxygen, nutrients, and hormones to tissue, due to this it is very important keep blood pure and toxin free to ensure proper functioning of the body. Detoxifying the blood essentially means to remove waste matter that may be in the blood as a result of biological processes or from disease. Detoxification process starts from liver; it converts toxic substances to highly reactive metabolites and then excretes these toxins. Excretes through kidneys, lungs, Skin and gut and plays important role in detoxification. A healthy diet is the most important way to detoxify. First, remove foods that interfere with detoxification or makes our more toxic. Ex. sugar, soda, maida etc. Drink plenty water: Keeping hydration by drinking water helps to proper function at the cellular level. Helps to carry and transports toxins to the excretory organs Eat the right food: Consuming health foods helps to avoid toxin in our body. Some specific foods that can help your body boost its detoxification process, they are as follows: Cruciferous vegetables and leafy greens leafy veggies include broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, Brussels sprouts, spinach, lettuce and cabbage etc. They are rich in fiber, which encourages the excretion of toxins through bile and stool. Add avocados, apples, Beetroot, onions and garlic which are rich in antioxidants helps to detoxify effectively. Adding ginger in food items helps the intestines to perform detoxification work effectively, ginger helps boost body’s ability to process food and eliminate waste. Consume more Citrus fuirts. Lemon Juice: Lemon juice is a mild acid that can create an alkaline environment in your body, altering body pH and helping to eliminate various toxins. Because many waste materials, viruses and other pathogens are unable to live in an alkaline environment. Drinking fresh lemon juice daily contributes to boosting your immune system and helping to remove unwanted materials from your bloodstream. Squeeze the juice of 1/2 lemon into a glass of warm water and drink in the morning before breakfast every day. Removes toxins by Sweat: Exercise can help the body to sweat more for better excretion of toxins and burn fat more effectively. Include physical Exercise like, Skipping, Jogging, walking high-intensity workouts and Yoga etc. Regular steam bath/sauna bath/sunbath/ plantain leaf bath (Visit Nature Cure centre/Hospital) Take good sleep: Sleep helps to brain detoxification process called the glymphatic system that occurs when you sleep, insufficient sleep leads to impair your glymphatic system, causing toxin build. To be avoided: Avoid stress Avoid Non vegetarian food items Avoid sugar Maida, fried and fatty food items. Avoid alcohol, tea and coffee Avoid preserved, carbonated aerated beverages.

Hi. Body is tuned to be in a state of balance.....only when we let it be. Actions that interfere in body's default mode - Artificial hormonal intake, i.e. dairy, non veg, medicines Chemicals - personal care & home care products, pollution, packaged foods Increased acidity in the body - diet rich in acidic foods such as grains, tea / coffee, refined foods, junk foods, oily spicy foods, etc, stress, sedentary lifestyle Actions that support body's default mode - Eat whole foods, not refined Lots of raw fruits & veggies. Strive for atleast 50% of your food intake to be raw. Exercise regularly. Spend time in sun every morning 15-20 minutes. Stay happy. Ensure sleep of around 8 hours every night. This may sound very generic. But that's the whole point. Let your body be!! ,
I am experiencing over thinking on everything, all the time. So I cannot sleep properly, cannot concentrate on any work. I feel drowsy when excessive thoughts come. What is the solution? I had thyroid - TSH was 11, diagnosed 3 years back. Allopathy medicine caused me heart palpitation so I stopped medicine. Is this because of thyroid I am facing this issue? I do alunom vilom , kapal bhati pranayam but it relaxes me for few hours only. Pls advise.

Hello Amit, Overthinking can often lead us to sleep deprivation. Good sleep is a reaction of a healthy body, eating a light meal. When we eat something heavy it does not allow our body to relax as it makes our body tired by the metabolism process. Eating light is healthy for body and mind. External sources of stress are also the cause of not getting sound sleep. We have to work here in all the ways to heal our sleeping pattern. The main thing here is, it should be about everything, food, meditation, sleep and exercise which amalgamate for good health. Eat: The first thing in the morning is to start your day with something light in nature. Easy to digest is what your breakfast should be because they are the kind of nutrients that get absorbed easily. Even the early morning ritual should include consumption of two-three glasses of warm water will help in flushing out all the toxins. The ideal diet would be to depend on fruits and raw vegetable intake for at least one month and refrain from something oil-based. One inch of ginger boiled in two cups of water with one tablespoon lemon, boil them for 5-10 minutes before hitting the bed, as this helps in soothing nerves and relax your mind. Eating mineral-rich food like flax seeds, chia seeds, walnut and almonds make our brain stronger and prevent neuro-degeneration which overthinking causes. Exercise: Pranayam helps in detoxifying the body. Practising it early morning in an area which has good sunlight will help in improving blood circulation. Suryanamaskar, daily 12 sets will help in increasing the blood circulation of your body. Do 15-minute stretches before hitting the bed, to allow your body to go under healthy rest. Meditation: In any kind of disease, stress comes complementary to it. But with our assurance and positive attitude, we can treat anything. The best thing to start with is breathing mindfully before sleeping with the help of music to stay positive. In a room take a bowl of water and add two-three drops of orange or lavender essential oil. This will help in soothing you and the aroma will relax you and keep you away from any kind of disease. Use a 15-minute relaxation technique before sleep by hearing a piece of soothing music and deep breathing will help in relaxing your mind. Take a head massage an hour before sleep, coconut oil preferable. A positive attitude will help you to deal with everything in life. Sleep: Sleeping for at least 7-8 hours is really helpful in dealing with any problem. Sleep is our body's natural response and helps the body to heal. Sleep relaxes the muscles and strengthens our body. During sleep, our body goes into a repair mechanism where it heals itself. Hopefully, these suggestions will help you. Thank you.

Hi, Bhumika We understand your problem and want you to understand that acne is a common skin problem faced by boys and girls, especially during the teenage years. As per Nature Cure, our body is designed to stay in a state of health and diseases/symptoms/discomfort are often an attempt to restore any imbalance inside the body. The imbalance is caused because of toxins - which are an output of metabolism and are also added due to unnatural lifestyle choices. Nature has equipped us with the measures of eliminating the toxins on a regular basis - through breathing, stool, urine, sweat, mucus depositions in the nose, eyes, and genitals, etc. Swelling, pain in the throat and acne are also a mechanism to get rid of toxins. At this stage, we need to support the body to get rid of toxins instead of suppressing symptoms by restoring to quick-fixes like medicines, etc. You can explore our Nature-Nurtures program that helps you in making the transition, step by step. Our Natural Health Coach will look into your daily routine in a comprehensive way and give you an action plan. She/he will guide you on the diet, sleep, exercise, stress to correct your existing routine & make it in line with Natural Laws. We wish you the best of health! Team wellcure
My Friend have a habit of drinking less water in day time and at his free time in the evening , He drinks water more. But in mid night he need to awake 2 times for washroom. So his sleep disturbs a lot. How to switch and start having enough water in day time?

Hello, I suggest you to advise him to take early morning water on empty stomach, it will help him to activate his organs and provide proper detoxification as well as helps in cleansing digestive and intestinal tract. After consuming at least 2-3 glasses of water early morning he should continue the water intake as usual one glass of water half an hour before and after meals and reduce the quantity of water as the day passes. Try to consume less water in night after meals because it will interfere in assimilation and digestion of food in the night, if he follows 2-3 liter of water intake in the following manner he will not face any issues with sleep in the night. Thank you, Dr. Ruchika Sharma
How to come out from worse side effects of Allopathy and Antibiotic Medicines? Side effects like Acidity , Indigestion, constipation, Loss of Appetite and many more.
Dr. Stuti Nilesh Pardh...
05:59 PM | 11-09-2019
Hello, In my experience of dealing with patients from helping them transition from allopathy to natural cure, I always start off with tapering of the medicine while parallelly giving them a natural diet to follow, As the body takes time to respond and therefore transitioning can be challenging if it is not done in a proper way. Secondly, now that if you have stopped the allopathy and antibiotic medicines, you can start of with mindfulness technique so that your mind can respond positively to your decision of stopping them. Secondly, having a light diet at first like plant based yogurt and fruit, or soups always helps in elevating your mood and keeping your system from the side effects such as indigestion, constipation, loss of appetite etc. Give your body the love it needs, that's why I recommended mindfulness as it allows us to tap into our body system and speak to it positively. I have managed to heal many patients this way, and I really thank God for that. Hope this answer helps you and gives you a way of overcoming the side effects.

Hi, Any home remedy for pink eye in kids caused by viral infection? Thanks!!
Anchal Kapur
12:30 PM | 25-11-2018
By pink eye, I assume u mean conjunctivitis? Conjunctivitis is an inflammation in the eyes due to dust, pollen or germs in the air. When any of these interfere with the conjunctivia of the eyes, our body releases antibodies to deal with these foreign invaders. This is an absolutely normal body function and we should be grateful that body is trying to protect us from foreign particles ?. Symptoms such as itching, watery eyes, etc are body’s way of dealing with unwanted materials. Staying aligned to nature’s laws will help eyes restore their balance. Here are a few things you could do for your child- 1. He/she should Eat light as when body gets digestive rest, it can focus more on healing. Fruits, fruit juices, coconut water, nimboo paani. If he/she feels hungry after these, u could do veggie juices, soups and salads. Any other type of food to be strictly avoided. If there is an urge to eat cooked food, give simple khichdi. 2. Clean eyes with clean water every few hours. 3. put rose water or haldi water eyepads. Both have anti inflammatory properties. Boil water, add haldi, let it cool, dip cotton, squeeze and put on kid’s eyes. You could also use rose water eye drops, but ensure good quality organic rose water. 4. Very important - sun gazing - Make ur child look at the early morning sun. It shouldn’t be harsh, use your judgment. And if in doubt, just sit in sun. If child is very uncomfortable, do show him to a doc and continue to support child’s body naturally through the above. Good luck dear.
Kids talk while sleeping. Pls suggest how to deal with it?

Hello Zakir, If your child is talking while sleeping then this means that the child is not in deep sleep. His mind is still working actively while sleeping when it should relax because the quality of sleep is very poor. The reasons for a bad sleep could be many. Reasons for a bad sleep: Stress Wrong eating habits. Not doing any physical work. Inappropriate sleeping pattern. Inappropriate sleeping environment. Meditation: Meditation is very important for mental health. It relaxes our mind and bursts all the stress. So, practice meditation regularly for atleast 15 to 20 mins. Physical activity: Physical activities are necessary for the well functioning of the body. It may be in the form of yoga or some exercise. She can do suryanamaskar, paschimottan asana, gomukha asana, trikona asana under proper guidance. Get fresh air: Getting fresh air is also important. Practice deep breathing exercises like anulom-vilom pranayam. Walk in a garden or in a place full of trees. Improve her sleeping environment: Keep the sleeping environment free of noise. Keep the room dark and cool. Make sure that the bed is comfortable to sleep. Reserve the bed for sleeping and don't use it for eating, working on laptop, etc. Maintain a sleep-wake cycle or circadian rhythm: Try to sleep and wake up at the same time as this will refresh your mind and will maintain the circadian rhythm. Avoid daytime naps and ask her to control if she feels sleepy before the sleeping time as this will disturb the quality of sleep. Diet: Correct diet is also important as sometimes the inappropriate digestion leads to health issues which also interferes with the sleep quality. So, have only plant based natural foods in your diet. Include fresh fruits and vegetables in your meals. Eat salads, nuts, sprouts. Have coconut water and fresh fruit juices. Drink 8-10 glasses of water throughout the day. Thank you.

How to keep healthy men's penis and sperm?
Nikita Mishra
04:29 PM | 26-04-2021
Hello Bhawan, Sperms are made in the testicles. It travels through the reproductive tract and mixes with the fluid that is found in the seminal ducts. Together, the sperm and this fluid make semen, the thick white ejaculate that comes out from the penis. What can be done for healthy sperms? By getting a well balanced nutritional diet, taking plenty of rest, drinking enough fluids and keeping stress in check will help. Eat a diet full of whole, nutrient dense foods to foster sperm production. Exercise regularly. Doing so will help to boost testosterone levels. Try yoga and meditation to lower your stress levels. Stress hormone can have an impact on testosterone levels. Things to avoid Stay away from any activities like rough contact sports, that may harm your testes and reproductive tract. Limit your exposure to radiation. Avoid activities that may expose your testes to high temperatures like sauna bath and steam baths. Along with this, you need to have a good diet also. Foods to eat The food that you eat, 40 to 50% of it should be in raw form. If you eat dead food how can expect to be alive. The body has to raise the dead to get the nutrients which means more work needs to be done by the body and hence more pressure is created. So, eat raw and fresh food. Thank you
Hello sir I am dealing with intrusive thoughts(OCD) and depression. Please suggest something natural to cure it effectively and quickly
Dr. Khushbu Suthar
03:31 PM | 02-07-2020
Hello User, The best advice for suffering from depression is taking a natural way to treat it. Going the natural way will only help in treating the episode but will also help in preventing it. As the stressors in today's lifestyle have increased be it for a student, a person working at home, or a corporate lifestyle everything needs to be tackled in a healthy manner. A lifestyle filled with green vegetables, fruits, exercise, and meditation is what is needed. The reason you are also suffering from nutritional deficiency and the liver problem is because of this same issue where you are not able to absorb nutrients due to bad dietary habits. The episode of compulsive overthinking can also be dealt with easily in this manner. Eat: Start the day with two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out the toxins and improving the state of metabolism by increasing it. The inclusion of a vegetable juice in your breakfast will help in giving the right amount of energy for the day. The next thing is going for a head massage, daily at night massage the head with coconut oil and aloe vera gel, this will help in soothing the nerves and reduce the episode of mood swings. Increasing Vitamin B12 and minerals the diet will help in treating mood disorders. Chia seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, almonds are a good source of vitamin B 12. Exercise: Taking a brisk walk in the early morning sun rays helps in treating all the problems, as the sun helps in treating the mood and freshen us for the whole day. Early morning walk is recommendable. Even Suryanamaskar will help in treating the mental issues and will help in dealing with all problems, 12 sets a day is recommendable. If you are a beginner start with 6 and increase it. Meditation: Stop using the gadget on hour before sleep, you can use a fragrant diffuser where you can use essential oils, and then with the smell itself, you will start feeling calm. The next thing is to take 10 long deep breaths, and allowing your body to relax, any thought which comes let it go do not resist. Saying the affirmation, I am healthy and happy" release each breath. This will help a lot in calming you. Communication helps a lot, please talk to people around you and express yourself healthily it will definitely solve the problem. Sleep: Sleep is a very important part of treating any mental symptom, a sleep cycle of 90 minutes should be completed in order to get a sound body. This sleep cycle should be repeated 5 times. This makes 7-8 hours of healthy sleep. This will make your body and mind strong and refreshing. Hopefully, these suggestions will help. Thank you.
Hello, I'm 27 years old, unmarried. At 21 years of age, I got bartholin cyst, twice. I had undergone operation to drain it. Every year, I face a problem of recurrence. It pains and is pus forming. Can someone please suggest a solution for this?
Dr. Khushbu Suthar
10:12 PM | 15-04-2020
Hello User, Once the disease enters the body, it is the whole body that needs to heal and not just the part and this is what natural cure is all about. Bartholin cysts are just an inflammatory reaction of our body which is towards how we are loading our body with complex nutrition. A disease of the reproductive system starts with the high fat and chemical-based diet that we are loading our gastrointestinal tract with. Any disease can make you pre-dispose to another, because of your lifestyle continuation, if you take care of your lifestyle at this moment than there are definite chances that you get yourself treated well and your menstrual cycle will regularise with your inflammation getting cured. But we have to treat our body on the whole so that we can even stop any future problems with our reproductive tract. In any case, the cure remains the same, which is a holistic cure in nature's way. Eat: Start with food items like jaggery, dates, sprouts, green leafy vegetables which help in increasing iron content which helps in treating inflammation. One inch of ginger boiled in two cups of water with a tablespoon of lemon helps in treating inflammation, consume it during the evening. Vitamin C addition helps in easy-iron absorption, for example adding lemon in dals. Vitamin C keeps our cells activated by absorbing the iron in the body. Cumin water acts as a coolant and helps in enhancing the reproductive cycle. Exercise: Sleep on your back, raise your one leg and start rotating in a circular motion for 5 times and place it back, repeat the same with another leg. This will elevate your uterine muscles. Squats are another exercise to improve uterine health. Do it 15-20 times at one time. Sit and take 10-15 long deep breaths from the abdomen, to release all the toxicity from the body helping us to gain back our normal menstrual cycle and healthy reproductive system. Warm baths, by sitting in a tub with lukewarm water, it will dissolve and help in dilating blood vessels and releasing the cysts. Meditation: While sleeping, take a bowl of water. Put two-three essential oil drops like lavender or orange and inhale it. It will help in calming nerves and automatically our body will start getting the rhythm back. Listen to music for 15 minutes by closing your eyes and deep breathing. This will help in controlling anxiety during stress. Massage your pelvis with coconut oil, this will help in healing blood circulation. Sleep: Sleep should be of 7-8 hours, sound. This will help in releasing all stress and treat all the issues in a healthy manner. It is time to get yourself healthy and wise. Hopefully, these suggestions will be helpful Thank you.
