The mitral valve separates the two chambers (atrium and ventricle) of the left side of the heart. In mitral valve prolapse, the leaflets of the mitral valve bulge (prolapse) into the left atrium like a parachute when the heart contracts. Sometimes mitral valve prolapse causes blood to leak back into the atrium from the ventricle, which is called mitral valve regurgitation. In nature cure, all such issues are because of lifestyle. Food for your mental health: Always stay hydrated, make sure you drink at least -5 liters of water daily so that hydrated body will fall unconscious less. Eat more brown and green colour vegetables like mushrooms, spinach, fenugreek so that you are more in touch with ground health as these plants affect our mental health too. Try and consume mineral-rich diets like nuts and dried fruits as the minerals help in strengthening the neurons. Also eating a diet high in fiber helps a lot as they give bulk to our gut and this helps in keeping our body and mind healthier fruits like bananas and apples help a lot in this. Activities for grounding which will make you stress-free. Try and take 5 minutes to walk on the green grass. Meditation before sleeping and after waking up will help you. Hi Riyaz, You have mentioned that you have tried many therapies. Now I want to let you know the basic reasons of varicose veins. Constipation and lack of circulation are the main reasons of this disease. Legs are the most affected part in the body for this problem because leg's veins are largest veins in the body. It is due to many reasons as Lack of exercise, Standing for long periods, wearing very tight clothes, Emotional attitudes, Obesity, high cholestrol level etc. Try to drink warm water more than you are drinking, avoid heavy meals and have fruits and juices more for atleast one week with raw vegetables in lunch, steamed vegetables in dinner for a short period. Avoid oily, starchy food in meals, Carrot juice with spinach and coriander is very beneficial, you should take vitamin E as nutrient. It is the most important nutrient in managing blood vessels. Vitamin E has an extra ability to increase circulation. Use two to three pieces of raw garlic to decrease cholestrol level. You may take hot and cold hip bath once a week. Mud pack on affected area is also very useful. You should sit in the morning sun rays. Wish you a healthy life style.

Let us understand what is MILK? Milk is a customized food for the baby in the womb. The production of the milk in mother’s body starts with the conception. This food is for the specific baby being developed in the womb. It is the most simplest food for that specific baby. If this is consumed by any other individual, it is a complex food. If the MILK is from any other species, the complexity increases. The complex food takes up more vitality in its digestion and assimilation process. When a body undergoes consistent overspend of VITALITY, it has high chances of being enervated. Enervation, as consequence, reduces the toxin elimination from the body. Eventually, TOXINS get accumulated in the body. Accumulation of toxin or TOXAEMIA is the single disease that we suffer from. Wherever the toxins get accumulated, it surfaces as different symptoms. If it is in the arteries, the symptom is named as heart disease. If it is in the joints, the symptom is given with the name arthritis. and so on... Hence, whatever it may be from cow or buffalo, ANY OTHER ORGANISM'S MILK IS NOT RECOMMENDED AS FOOD by Nature, despite whatever pH strips talks about it! In brief, let us understand what is a pH scale: Science has introduced a logarithmic scale to specify the acidity or basicity/alkalinity of an aqueous solution. Acidity and Basicity/Alkalinity are two opposite properties of an aqueous solution. Like everything else, in Nature, aqueous solutions too try to achieve a homeostatic state or the state neutrality. The neutral state of a solution is pure Water. In pH scale the value of water as defined is 7. Below 7, all the solutions are acidic and above 7, are basic/alkaline. Acid and Alkaline always try to neutralize each other to become water. The pH value of blood is approx 7.4. That means it is almost neutral being slightly basic/alkaline. In diseased condition the pH value becomes more than 7, usually. With this understanding we confuse ourselves by concluding that we need to make our blood alkaline to have better state of wellness! It is another superstition! If we make our blood highly alkaline that is also a health hazard! Change in pH value or its Alkalinity or acidity in blood is an EFFECT of health. The CAUSE is somewhere else! Addressing the EFFECTSinstead of addressing the CAUSE, is a limited and shallow approach. We cannot carry a pH strip with us to measure the pH value of food that we choose to eat, hope you must have got the idea about ph of buffalo milk. Nature has sketched an excellent indicator to identify the right food. THE VOICE OF THE ORGANISM (V/O) is that indicator. The taste sensation is one of the major executions of V/O. Other important V/O in identifying the right food are smell, sight etc. The first condition is the food should be in its natural state without any modification; then we need to use our V/O to identify if it is beneficial for us.
