Oils and medicines are supressing and gives temporary relief. Leading a whole food plant based lifestyle with focus on life giving foods like fruits veggies and greens will reverse the cause of your pains or any other issues you may have in the body that has predominantly caused because of the wrong lifestyle you have been leading. Typical causes are animal based foods like diary and meat eggs fish. Other processed foods like sugar , refined oils , polished rice , grease in the food , eating cooked for all 3 meals a day , leading a sedentary lifestyle, carry negative feelings for others in the heart, judging people around, expecting things from others etc can cause blocks and build ups leading to inefficient working of the body. Reverse those causes and you must be fine. Get back if you are keen in taking the plunge to a cruelty free plant based lifestyle for animals, the planet and yourself

Namaste, In majority of cases, fatty, high calorie diet and obesity are responsible for increase in cholesterol. High level of saturated fats found in meats, dairy products, chocolate, baked goods, fried and processed foods are blamed for increased cholesterol levels. In some cases genetic factors may also be responsible for high level of cholesterol in individuals. Therefore, taking light, low calorie diet is important to avoid high cholesterol. Maintaining regular food timings and taking dinner early in the evening is also useful. Hi. Body is tuned to be in a state of balance.....only when we let it be. Actions that interfere in body's default mode - Artificial hormonal intake, i.e. dairy, non veg, medicines Chemicals - personal care & home care products, pollution, packaged foods Increased acidity in the body - diet rich in acidic foods such as grains, tea / coffee, refined foods, junk foods, oily spicy foods, etc, stress, sedentary lifestyle Actions that support body's default mode - Eat whole foods, not refined Lots of raw fruits & veggies. Strive for atleast 50% of your food intake to be raw. Exercise regularly. Spend time in sun every morning 15-20 minutes. Stay happy. Ensure sleep of around 8 hours every night. This may sound very generic. But that's the whole point. Let your body be!! ,

Corn is basically caused by pressures which takes the form of an overgrowth. The pressure and growth are directly proportional. Causes can be tight/ narrow footware or tight stockings. Surgical intervention is not advisable as per natural cure. Possible solutions - Food wise - being on a majorly raw diet for atleast one month, removing products sourced from animals as food, sugar, processed foods, refined foods, packaged foods etc. Exercise for the sole and feet - such as cycling while sleeping on ur back, stretching ur foot up and down, rotations Cw and anti cw, standing on the edge of a step and pushing the heel down and pulling it up, feet reflexology where you sit and press all the points of your feet with both ur thumbs, massage the area around the corn gently to improve blood circulation and release of toxins from the area Hydrotherapy- take 2 buckets with hot and cold water. Dip ur feet in hot for 2 min and cold for 1 min. If you are suffering from bp, heart problems, liver or kidney issues, you can do the same with a warm cloth and cold cloth. Walk on grass if available for sometime in the morning sun. If grass is not available, but some red organic soil, water it and expose it to the sun for a day and stand and march in that container for few mins to ensure that your feet gets exposed to the nature. Thanks and be blessed. Lifestyle correction is the only way.
If I am suffering from coronary artery disease or angina, what precautions should be taken? Please guide.

Hi Vibhav, Let us first understand what is coronary heart disease. WHAT? Reduced blood flow occurs when one or more of the arteries becomes partially or completely blocked due to plaque build up. These arteries bring oxygen and nutrient-rich blood to your heart. Your heart is a muscle that’s responsible for pumping blood throughout your body. According to the research a healthy heart moves approximately 3,000 gallons of blood through your body every day. Like any other organ or muscle, your heart must receive an adequate, dependable supply of blood in order to carry out its work. Reduced blood flow to your heart can cause symptoms of CAD. Source: Healthline WHY? According to natural health principles all diseases are caused by accumulation of toxins. Accumulation can happen anywhere and it depends on our genetic disposition and tendencies. Wherever it accumulates we give it a name. If it's in joints then Arthritis, if it is in eyes then conjuctivitis, in lungs bronchitis and so on. So, CAD is just accumulation of toxins in your artries. Please refer tohttps://www.wellcure.com/body-wisdom/26/toxins-the-one-and-only-cause-of-all-diseases Reason is stress -DIGESTIVE and MENTAL STRESS. Digestive stress due to our poor food habits and mental stress. To correct you need to have 3 point plan: First : Work on your food. your food should contain atleast 50% of natural foods (raw fruits, salads, nuts, sprouts) you can gradually increase it to 70% over a period of time. Please refer tohttps://www.wellcure.com/body-wisdom/20/natural-foods for more guidance Second: Increase your physical movement as increased blood flow will help in exercising the cardio vascular system. Brisk walking, yoga are very good options Third: Please work on improving your mental health and stress management Please refer to following posts on tips and suggestions https://www.wellcure.com/body-wisdom/182/tension-anxiety-and-depression-deal-with-it-naturally https://www.wellcure.com/body-wisdom/281/how-mental-disorders-are-formed https://www.wellcure.com/body-wisdom/247/managing-stress-in-yogic-way Health is on your way please allow body to to heal itself with right inputs and environment as suggested above.

Hello Ajay, Acidity is a common digestion related problem that is faced by many people nowadays because of the sedentary lifestyle and wrong choices of food. Intake of a high fatty diet, oily, and spicy foods results in improper digestion which ultimately leads to digestive issues like acidity, burping, etc. Along with a correct diet, the adoption of a correct lifestyle is equally important. Diet Start the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water on an empty stomach. This will help to flush the toxins out of the body. Drink green tea twice a day, one in the morning on an empty stomach and the other at night before sleeping. Eat sprouts in your breakfast as they are light in nature and are rich in nutrients also. Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices. Have fresh, seasonal, and locally available fruits and vegetables. Don't use refined oils for cooking. Instead, use cold-pressed oil for cooking. Have Vitamin C rich diet like include lemon, oranges, amla, blueberries, etc in your diet. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Exercise Physical activities are also essential for good digestion as it improves the blood circulation in the body and also the metabolism of the body. Start the day with a brisk morning walk of at least 30min. Do plank for 5min. Perform yoga asanas like bhujanga asana, trikona asana, paschimottan asana and padahasta asana. Do pranayam regularly for 15-20min, specially anulom-vilom and bhastrika pranayam. Sleep Good quality of sleep is also needed for good metabolism. Sometimes lack of sleep or bad quality sleep also leads to digestive issues like acidity, anorexia, etc. So, proper sleep is required. Take proper sleep of at least 7-8hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning. Avoid using electronic gadgets like mobiles, tv, computers, laptops, etc at least 1hour before sleeping for an improved quality of sleep. Thank you

Coronary artery disease is definitely reversible on a plant-based diet. To understand how to reverse your condition you will have to understand what caused your condition in the first place. We all know that the role of the Heart is to pump blood. So the story goes like this, you eat some food, the food gets into the stomach. And for that To digest, it has to go through the entire Gastrointestinal tract. Among this liver, the gallbladder and pancreas play a major role in trying to understand and assimilate the food. The liver is one of the organs where it understands whether the food you eat in is right for the body or not. Any food that is not available directly from nature is something that the body does not understand. In any food that the body does not understand gets accumulated in the liver and the surrounding organs. One of the major functions of the liver is to thin the blood from all the fats that you constantly been feeding day after day. This might be in the form of Tadka it might be in the form of fried food it might be in the form of dairy it might be any form of animal products that you have been consuming. Please remember that cold-pressed Oils are also oils but definitely better than refined but any oil is oil. Over a period of time, these fat deposits get accumulated in the body because we don’t have vim and pril to scrub these in the body. What we do have is bilirubin that does the blood-thinning work by reducing the fats by thinning down the fats. If you have a high concentration of fats and other forms of toxins in the blood the oxygenation level in the blood will be extremely low. This low oxygenation level can pose a risk to your heart and brain. The heart actually expects a purified form of blood from the liver. Initially, when you’ve had a high-fat diet the liver would have handled the situation. But one cannot expect this to happen over and over and over again. Over a period of time, all the things that the body does not need starts overflowing from the liver and liver efficiency reduce. When the efficiency of the liver reduces it means that the blood will also be contaminated. If you are the heart and you will have to suck crude oil from a certain distance you will definitely have to put that effort, isn’t it? Now if the heart has to do this over and over again on a daily basis what would be its status after a few months or years? It’s simply getting tired gets inflamed and you will have a named condition. Whatever may be the name of your condition what however complex is your issue it just means that the heart is tired from doing the work that it has been doing in your body over and over again. The only remedy to this problem is to make sure that your blood is naturally thinned and handled by the body and gives the heart a break and makes the pumping the pushing and pulling easier. How do you do this ? the answer is very simple:- you have to make sure that you consume a wholefood plant-based lifestyle , even your greens have to be in its natural whole state unpolished, absolutely no oil in your diet, very low intake of nuts and seeds after a period of time but not while healing. Focus to eat fresh raw fruits vegetables and greens for the entire day except for dinner when you can make an exception. Since your condition is not something that will heal overnight like a cold or a cough you must not hurry this detox rapidly as it can backfire and cause more harm than you expect. so it is very important that you just change your lifestyle to a plant-based lifestyle and then eventually stabilise this. Continue to expose yourself to the sun for about an hour a day. Join a yoga class and practice yoga and pranayama under a certified practitioner and practise yoga that is safe for your condition. Ensure that you eat raw for most of your day this will naturally thin down your blood and give the body a break from the fats so once all the oils start getting released from your body naturally, you will overtime be healed of your condition. the heart is a very resilient, a very strong organ. It is one of the last organs to stop. It is designed to keep you alive. So much is the power of the heart. It has equally good stamina to spring back up when the conditions are ideal. From removing dairy eggs meat fish sugar wholewheat maida barley any form of oils all kinds of packaged foods that are ready to eat, practice mindful eating, chew your food as long as possible and swallow it. Avoid all form of screen time when you are connecting with your food. Avoid using salt for any of your raw meal except for dinner and reduce the quantity of that as well. Avoid using refined salt and use pink salt as minimally as possible. Greens like spinach have natural salt in them that can replace salts in any meal. Lime juice is a great substitute for salt. I have high bp problem. Can you give some solution?
Dr. Khushbu Suthar

Whenever we are suffering from a high BP problem, it is mainly caused due to low minerals as well as a decrease in water intake, then symptoms of high BP starts with our head in the occipital region starts paining. It is time to work on your daily food intake so that you can have a good amount of minerals in your diet with a little low side of Sodium. Whenever you have high blood pressure sleep on your lateral side, as it by putting the pressure on blood flow it stabilizes the blood pressure. Increasing potassium by coconut water will help in this place. Consuming raw garlic in morning will also help in decreasing blood pressure. Though minerals are needed in a small amount in our body we tend to ignore it. The main thing you should start with drinking 4-5 litres a day, with this you will make sure your body is never out of hydration. The next thing you have to take care during the whole day by having fruits and vegetables which are rich in their water content like musk melon, oranges, mosumbi, lemons etc. I hope this will help you in dealing with blood pressure problems. Thank you
I am 29. My bp was 150/100 due to high stress level and anxiety and lack of exercise. I have taken medication for 2 months. After that i stopped medicine and started playing games and exercise in my life style and healthy diet and my bp was surprisingly got low for remaining 2 years. But now again due to stress and less exercise my bp level is around 115-150/65-90. Should I take medication or it will b ok if I follow same which I used to do prior?

Namaste kamalkant kar A healthy lifestyle and food habit is a permanent solution to your health issue. And remember one thing.... a healthy lifestyle is not something you can follow for some time and expect the results to last lifelong. It’s an everyday thing, to be followed always. Medication can only keep your blood pressure under control artificially. Which can not be a permanent solution to any health issue. And if consumed for too long it may end up in landing you into more complicated health issues. Hoping you will understand English also sir. Yes, if you think a lot, then you will drain the energy that will otherwise be used for probably healing your BP by the body. Secondly, whatever you focus on will get more momentum as per the concept of quantum physics. So if you think more about BP, the universe will give you more of what you ask. If you don't want BP, stop thinking about it and focus on thinking about what you want ( not what you don't want). You have come to the right forum. Normally, a sleep test is generally done in a hospital as the whole sleep cycle needs to be recorded. In-home sleep apnea test you will be in charge of the equipment and you will be able to get an idea about the diagnosis of obstructive sleep apnea which you might be suffering from. An oximeter is placed on the finger to see the oxygen saturation level, belts used from chest to abdomen to help in measuring breathing. Thank you

Dear Meghana, Thank you for sharing your concern with us. Being lean or obese depends on how your body has reacted to the incorrect lifestyle you have been leading. You should focus on- how you feel. energetic or lethargic, do you sleep well, are you constipated, do you experience any aches & pains, are you on medication for any health issues, are you exercising enough or do you lead a sedentary lifestyle? Once you address these issues, weight gain is a byproduct. You can follow these tips to gain weight: 1. Eat before 8 pm: After 8 pm, the body focuses on the absorption process. Hello User, Indigestion is the effect of our bad dietary habits and wrong posture, your gastric and breathing problem are connected as because of digestion issues our stomach is not able to absorb oxygen and give carbon dioxide well. As the former does not give us healthy nutrients to process our diet the later acts as an obstruction in our digestive tract. That is why correcting the complete diet and health helps in the treatment of your problem. With the following advice, we are sure you will be able to treat everything in a holistic way. Eat: Start the day with two-three glasses of warm water, this will help in flushing out the toxins and improve the state of metabolism by increasing it. The next thing is the inclusion of vegetable juice in your breakfast as this will help in giving the right amount of energy for the day. Keep at least two hours gap between your food and your sleep timing at night. You can also choose to have vegetable juice in your breakfast, it is an easier way to absorb all the nutrients. Tomatoes with black pepper an hour before a meal will help in treating any digestion issue. As tomato helps in balancing the acid-alkaline base of the stomach. In the morning empty stomach consumes one piece of dates, this helps in keeping the digestive tract clean and healthy for the whole day. After meals consume fennel seed one teaspoon this will aid in digestion. Exercise: Taking a brisk walk in the early morning sun rays helps in treating all the problems, as the sun helps in treating the mood and freshen us for the whole day, it stimulates our system and strengthens our immunity. Early morning walk is recommendable. Practicing Vajrasana after the meal will help a lot in dealing with any issue of the digestive tract or inflammation. Practice Chakrasana, Pawan Mukht asana, and Balasna will help in digestion issues. proceeded by Suryanamaskar. Suryanamaskar will help in treating the health issues and will help in dealing with all problems, 12 sets a day is recommendable. If you are a beginner start with 6 and increase it. Meditation: Stop using the gadget on hour before sleep, you can use a fragrant diffuser where you can use essential oils and then with the smell itself you will start feeling calm. Rosemary and lavender oil will be helpful. Take 10 long deep breaths, and allowing your body to relax, any thought which comes let it go do not resist. Saying the affirmation, I am healthy and happy" release each breath. This will help in curbing all your issues even in the long run. Sleep: The sleep is a very important part of treating any mental symptom, a sleep cycle of 90 minutes should be completed in order to get a sound body. This sleep cycle should be repeated 5 times. This makes 7-8 hours of healthy sleep. This will make your body and mind strong and refreshing. Hopefully, these suggestions will help.

Have lot of vitamin c rich foods/have more of such vitamin C rich fruit juices like lemon/grapes/oranges etc. Generally, vitamin C improves immunity in the body and thereby you may be prevented from getting cold. In your condition you. May consider the following. Learn to practice a kriya yoga practice called Jalaneti. This clears the nasal blocks. Take facial steam inhalation with eucalyptus/tulsi leaves which also would solve your problem.
