Hello, When the liver is unable to breakdown the fat as it normally does, then it leads to the accumulation of fats. Eating excessive fatty foods, high cholesterol levels also lead to fatty liver. Some health conditions like obesity, diabetes, etc may also be the reason for fatty liver. Diet to follow- Start the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water. This will help to flush out the toxins out of the body. Drink green tea twice a day, one in the morning on an empty stomach and the other at night before sleeping. Eat only plant-based natural foods. Have fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Include salads, sprouts, nuts, beans in your diet. Cook oil-free. Drink sufficient water during the day to be hydrated and to eliminate the toxins out of the body. Foods to avoid Avoid deeply fried oily foods and spicy foods. Avoid processed and packaged foods. Hello, Thanks for your question, although you haven't given details on the vaginal burning; I would still take a chance to answer. There can be variety of reasons to why you are struggling with this problem. Mostly if you are experiencing burning sensation while the sexual intercourse, then it may be due to bacterial infection. However, just as a general remedy, coconut oil works best as it has some antibacterial properties and the coconut oil also helps in easing out the burning sensation. So the best solution considering your question is the application of coconut oil. Secondly, please keep the vaginal portion dry, so you can always tissue to dry your vagina after using the restroom. Namaste, Drink some herbal tea to cure cough. Cut fresh ginger into small slices and crush them slightly. Put 1 teaspoon of the slices and 1 cup of water in a pan and bring it to a boil, then strain it. Drink it up to 3 times a day. Avoid dust and pollution. When body has become toxic due to a wrong lifestyle, it’s bound to impact the basic functioning of all organs. What problems do you have ? Acidic foods from animals ( diary meat eggs fish) sugar wheat maida fried and oils used for cooking make the GUT absolutely unhealthy. Go off all these and lead a healthy life with raw fruits veggies and greens till dinner and for dinner millets without any oils.. you will start feeling better. It’s best to also start enema for a month once you start on raw as the old junk will mix with new and make u feel bloated

Sometimes when we eat something & it leads to a reaction, we feel it doesn't suit us. But be rest assured that if you are eating Natural Foods, such reactions are only body's way of speaking with you. An apple a day keeps the doctor away.....so how can it not be healthful for you :-) Grapes - eat them ripe. Nature has designed ripe fruits for us, when ripe their nutrition & flavor is at its peak. That's why if we eat it unripe, we get a sore throat. Inflammation - Any inflammation in the body is the body's way of signalling toxic overload. In your case, the signal may be getting activated due to apples & grapes, for someone else the trigger may be different. What to do? 1. Watch out for the grapes & apples you eat. They should be in season, ripe, locally available varieties. So if you live in India, buy Indian apples & not Washington, Indian grapes & not New Zealand grapes. First of all, congrats on deciding to detox. Can i ask what steps have you taken to detox ? Is this a lifestyle change / diet for sometime ? When you go healthy in whatever way you have chosen, your body eliminates the toxins you wanted to shed. However, how and when it will shed is not known to anyone. This is called the healing crisis period and you must expect all the unexpected issues including emotional outbursts at this time. The advice is to not think "medicinal" and supress that with herbal / any form of drinks. Instead continue the healthy lifestyle and let the body do its job. When we decide to detox, we must also decide to stop thinking "medicine" that relieves the discomfort. In the continual process of removing such discomforts, our bodies become abused and collect toxins. So we must get out of this mindset of stopping the elimination.

By pink eye, I assume u mean conjunctivitis? Conjunctivitis is an inflammation in the eyes due to dust, pollen or germs in the air. When any of these interfere with the conjunctivia of the eyes, our body releases antibodies to deal with these foreign invaders. This is an absolutely normal body function and we should be grateful that body is trying to protect us from foreign particles ?. Symptoms such as itching, watery eyes, etc are body’s way of dealing with unwanted materials. Staying aligned to nature’s laws will help eyes restore their balance. Here are a few things you could do for your child- 1. He/she should Eat light as when body gets digestive rest, it can focus more on healing. Fruits, fruit juices, coconut water, nimboo paani. If he/she feels hungry after these, u could do veggie juices, soups and salads. Any other type of food to be strictly avoided. If there is an urge to eat cooked food, give simple khichdi. 2. Clean eyes with clean water every few hours. 3. put rose water or haldi water eyepads. Both have anti inflammatory properties. Boil water, add haldi, let it cool, dip cotton, squeeze and put on kid’s eyes. You could also use rose water eye drops, but ensure good quality organic rose water. 4. Very important - sun gazing - Make ur child look at the early morning sun. It shouldn’t be harsh, use your judgment. And if in doubt, just sit in sun.
