Nature Cure is "based upon the collective teachings of: - Vincent Priessnitz, Louis Kuhne, R.T. Trall, Sylvester Graham, Isaac Jennings, Henry Lindlahr, Bernarr Macfadden, Hereward Carrington, Herbert M, Shelton, James C. Thomson, Stanley Lief, J.H, Tilden, and Sarma K. Lakshman, etc.
The FIRST essential principle upon which Nature Cure is based is that the human organism is a self-healing one. This was discovered by Vincent Priessnitz in 1829.
The SECOND essential principle is the nature of disease stated by R.T, Trall in 1880. Trall said that "disease is a process of purification. It is remedial action. It is a vital struggle to overcome obstructions and to keep the channels of circulation free." Nature has not provided any "cures" for disease”.
The THIRD essential principle is the Unity or oneness of disease. This was first stated by Louis Kuhne in 1885. He said "There is only one cause of disease, and there is only one disease -which shows itself under different forms."
There is only one disease which we call Toxaemia, There is only one cause of toxaemia which we call Enervation. There is therefore only one system of treatment which we call Nature Cure, Naturopathy, etc
Here are the principles of Nature Cure as mentioned by late Kenneth Jeffrey.
1. ALL healing power is within your own body.
2. There is NO curative power in drugs, medicines, herbs, foods, electrical apparatus or anything else outside your own body.
3. Nature has NOT provided cures for disease. Nature has only provided penalties for the breaking of some natural law.
4. Return to obedience to natural law IS the only valid method of cure.
5. Drugs cause disease. If they succeed in "curing" one disease, they cause another. ALL drugs have two effects. One is intended to benefit the patient and the other is the side effect, which harms the patient. You cannot have one without the other.
6. Since all drugs are potential CAUSES of disease we should avoid them at all times.
7. Drugs do NOT act upon the body, as taught in medical schools and in medical textbooks. The body reacts to the drug. The body recognises the drug as unwanted material and makes an attempt to expel it.
8. True medicines are materials and influences, which have normal relations with the body. Drugs are all harmful because they are not normal to the body by nature.
9. Nature's medicine chest contains Sunlight, air, water, rest, exercise, correct temperature, natural foods, positive mental attitude and correction of misaligned bony joints.
10. Nature Cure consists in supplying the body with whatever it needs and can use, in the particular circumstances.
11. Nature Cure assists to get well by removing the CAUSES of disease, and by providing the most favourable conditions.

BASIC PRINCIPLES OF NATURE CURE
1. Body heals itself.
2. Main cause of disease is enervation
3. Deposit of metabolic end-products in the body is disease.
4. Acute disease is a remedial process-itself a cure.
5. Food is a building material, does not increase vitality.
6. Fasting provides an opportunity for the body to heal itself.
7. Germs do not cause the disease but are found in the diseased conditions.
8. Exercise or physical activity keeps the balance between nutrition and drainage.
9. External treatments whether natural, allopathic, ayurvedic or homoeopathic-give only relief, do not cure.
10. Patient’s own will to get well, determination and faith are necessary things for nature cure treatments.
Ways to healthy life:
- Eat 2 meals a day (7 hours apart), the second one at least 3 hours before bed time
- Drink at least 8 glassful of water a day • Practice physical exercise daily for 1 hour (brisk walk/cycling/yoga)
- Take more of raw foods /salads
- Avoid refined foods like white sugar, white flour, polished rice, etc.
- Reduce consumption of salt, sweets, spices, ghee, bakery foods, etc.
- Avoid tea, coffee, fried food, smoking, alcohol, zarda, sedatives, soft drinks, etc.
- Chew well and eat slowly in a calm and quiet atmosphere.
- Fast a day on juices and adequate water every week.
- Avoid drugs that are more dangerous than diseases

नमस्ते
शरीर को यह ज्ञान है कि ख़ुद को स्वस्थ कैसे रखना है। हम इस बात से अनभिज्ञ हैं। जब हमारी प्राणशक्ति हमें ऊर्जा दे रही होती है तो वह स्वास्थ्य की स्थिति है। जब हमारी प्राण शक्ति हमारे शरीर के अंदर विषाणुओं (toxic) को साफ़ करने में लग जाती है तो वह अस्वस्थ होने की स्थिति होती है।
प्राण शक्ति ने सिर्फ़ अपना काम बदल लिया क्योंकि हमने अपनी ग़लत आदतों के वजह से उसे ऐसा करने पर मजबूर किया है। अब उसको सही खुराक से मदद करें और उसपर विश्वास बनाए रखें।
बीमारी का मूल कारण हाज़मा और क़ब्ज़ है।
शरीर पाँच तत्व से बना हुआ है प्रकृति की ही तरह।
आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए।
पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है।
1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।
2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। शारीरिक + मानसिक परिश्रम ज़रूरी है।
3 अग्नि तत्व- सूरर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।
4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करना है।
नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें।
मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।
मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।
5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह सफ़ेद पेठे 20ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।
दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें। ताज़ा नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ
लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ। नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की मात्रा दोपहर के खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid) की कमी हो जाती है। एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं।
ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा।
जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।
तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा।
हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। ओशाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद।
