Early morning I start my working schedule , what should I have empty stomach so that I stay Healthy and Energitic full day?

Nature's Gift to us is New Day , New Begining , New Life.

Before we ask for ourselves to Nature , ....Nature have prepared for us already plenty.

There are 3 lists of having empty stomach Diet.

Our Hunger is real when we awake , provided we had good sound Sleep

Here are few energitic Diet and Nourshing Food items.

 ➡️Winter : Hot water 1 glass , after half an hour Khajur and Coconut or Khajur and Cow Ghee. Overnight Soaked Almonds Then in Breakfast Sprouts or Fruit 

➡️Summer :  Luke warm water , after half an hour Overnight Soaked  Dry Black Grapes , Then in Breakfast ...Fruit or Tender Coconut.
 
➡️Monsoon  :   Hot Herbal Tea , After half an hour Soaked or Sprouted Methi .Then in Breakfast ... Fruit.

Here are  points to follow always for better Health, Immunity and Energy 

Not to take

❌ Extra Salt 
❌ White Sugar
❌ Maida
❌ Junk Food
❌ Tea / Coffee

Must to take

✔️ Hot water
✔️ Fruits
✔️ Vegetables
✔️ Salad
✔️ Early Dinner

As per the circadian rhythm, stomach must be absolutely less or not loaded till 12. 

Stick to fruit or veg juices . If you can’t, only fruits. Nothing else is adviced.

Hi there, 


The first thing to do as you wake up is to drink a cold water, a glass or two.
 Go for a fresh fruits and vegetables juice such as lemonhoney water, beetroot juice, ash gourd juice, aloe juice or any other herbal juices or extracts. This will help your Gastrointestinal tract and boost your immune system. 
After an hour you can always go for a healthy breakfast.

Hello Makrand,

I understand how early mornings work, but if you could start of your early morning with cold pressed organic coconut oil pulling, which is basically taking two teaspoons full of organic cold pressed coconut oil in your mouth, you have to exercise the coconut oil in your mouth without throwing out..for about two to five minutes (Oil pulling method can be found on youtube). This strategy helps to detoxify the body internal system and it gives energy, strength and vitality.

After this you can choose to eat whole fruits rather than juice, and eat some dry fruits. Start of your day wholesome which will help you to have a healthy and energitic day.

Also practicing Mindfulness provides a fresh new start for the day.

नमस्ते

 

सुबह की शुरुआत कच्चे हरे पत्ते या सब्ज़ी के जूस से करें। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। अगले सुबह ख़ाली पेट इनमे से कोई भी हरा जूस लें।पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और  नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर छान कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।

ये जूस सुबह नाश्ते से एक घंटे पहले लें। नाश्ते में फल + सुखा फल जैसे (खजूर, अंजीर, किसमिस, मुनक्का) पानी में भिगो कर लें। दोपहर के खाने से एक घंटा पहले हरा जूस लें। खाने में सलाद नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid)  की कमी हो जाती।

सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है।

एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

  • आपको प्रतिदिन प्रातः गुनगुने पानी ,नींबू और शहद का सेवन करना चाहिए- इससे शरीर से अशुद्धियां बाहर निकलती हैं व शरीर को ताकत मिलता है ।

 

 प्रतिदिन प्रातः 7:00 से 9:00 के बीच मौसमी फलों के जूस का सेवन करें -इस समय जीवन शक्ति आमाशय में होती है , अशुद्धियां बाहर निकलती रहती है।

 

  • प्रतिदिन प्रातः सूर्योदय के बाद व  45 मिनट धूप में व्यतीत करें -इससे शरीर ऊर्जावान बना रहेगा।

Ideally dont eat anything till you have hunger. On hunger, eat juicy fruits. Fruits are the best for breakfast.
